Excellent family owned business. They do great work and are trustworthy. Honesty around repair work is difficult to come by these days.

Highly recommend! There very prompt and arrived exactly when they promised and went above and beyond there normal job to make sure we were taking care of. Excellent pricing for what they do. Thank yall so much for fixing and making sure my daughter ( Ashley Vance ) and my granddaughter had warmth on the coolest of days.
I recommend this business. Tony Dahl was very professional, friendly an knowledgeable about the unit. We were staying at south lake shore resort when the unit malfunctioned. They were quick, got the board the very next day so we could have heat. We had a few good laughs the Texas way about the unit running even though it was off. We were very comfortable with them in the condo to do repairs. Will came to help an make sure it worked properly. He even offered to go get us a heater for the shower area so no Ho Ho bath for me!!! They were not like strangers just down to earth good guys. Yes there is still good in this messed up world. They are for sure a 5 star because I didn’t expect the unit to be fixed till Friday after thanksgiving. Yes I was impressed.

Will with Mike's Heating and Air Conditioning is amazing! Very prompt and professional while also being personable and friendly. He takes HVAC seriously and strives to do what's right and best the first time. He was very easy to work with and I would recommend him to anyone!

Can't say enough good things about the technician Mike who helped me so much yesterday with my rent house A/C. He explained everything very well and did the necessary repair, checking to make sure everything was up and running well before he left. He was a person that spoke with such knowledge, sincerity and honesty that you knew you were getting the truth and were being treated professionally and with true integrity. If all the other employees are like this gentleman I whole heartedly recommend this service highly.

They have the best customer service! They were able to come fix my heater the same day I called to report the problem. They were also very knowledgeable, explaining everything to me and very professional. Would definitely recommend.

The air conditioning stopped cooling my house at 3:30, Friday afternoon before the 4th of July weekend. I called several places and no one could come out until Monday. I called Mike's Heating and Air and Will was very helpful over the phone, making suggestions of things I could try myself to fix the problem. I wasn't able to fix it myself and he came out within 2 hours. He was very professional and had my a/c back up and cooling my house in no time! I highly recommend Mike's Heating and Air and will be certain to call them next time I have a heating or a/c issue! Thank you Will and Mike's Heating and Air!
