Our heating/ac unit went out, and Mike responded right away, and replaced it the same day! Great service!!!
Mike responded quickly to our call, found the problem and repaired it at a reasonable cost!
Mike took the time and instinct to diagnose and uncover the problem beyond the usual culprit for a blower motor that pulsed off and on and eventually quit. Surprisingly, it wasn't the motor and delightfully it wasn't a massive expense. And besides, cats love Mike.

After reading countless reviews of how good Mike’s service is, we called him to look at our upstairs AC unit today. Everything was top notch, upfront and honest. My AC was working but not very well and then eventually the pipes froze as the temperature heated up. Saw Mike recommended in a neighborhood app. Gave him a call and was able to get to my house the next day. Showed up when he said he would and got everything fixed (unit low on Freon) quickly. Will definitely call again if I have more AC maintenance needs.
I made one call to get a tune up for my AC (not an emergency). Mike said it would be two weeks but he would call if he could work it in. He called in a few days and worked me in. Very punctual, good service, polite and great price.

Mike and his crew did a fantastic job. First, Mike showed up for the scheduled appointment on time and kept me informed during the entire process. His crew was scheduled to start at 7AM and they showed up a exactly 7AM. The unit was exactly what we talked about without any add-ons. You want the Best ? These folks are wonderful . Installed a complete brand new HVAC system for me on Tuesday. Very prompt and dependable, super nice people. Completed the job on time and was much , much better priced than one of the Big Boys estimates . Just call Mike today .
Mike installed a central HVAC for us recently. He arrived on time as promised to give us an estimate, then arrived promptly when he said he would to install the unit. The entire team was efficient and highly professional. They were obviously very experienced and knew exactly what they were doing. Moreover, they were extremely nice and cooperative. The unit is precisely what we needed for this area. It is quiet and keeps the temperature as we have it set. The entire experience was most satisfactory and we highly recommend Mike’s HVAC.
