I called this company early Monday morning because our A/C had stopped working during the weekend. Mike answered the phone and said he would be at our house between 11 and 12 or perhaps a little earlier, in which case, he would call to let me know. He called about 10:30 and said he was on way. He was very friendly, nice, professional, and thorough. As he worked, he explained to us everything he was doing. He diagnosed the problem and repaired the system. My husband and I are very happy with his service and will call him again when we need our HVAC system serviced.
I have been a customer of Mike's for ten years now. He has replaced my whole air conditioning and heating system. It is refreshing being able to deal with someone who is honest and very knowledgeable. He comes by and handles my yearly maintenance and is always willing to answer any questions I may have and explains it in ways that are easily understandable. He has a family business and makes you feel like family. I highly recommend this company for your heating and air needs.
Mike has been servicing my unit for 2 years now. He is always on time and very fair priced. I recommend him to all my friends.
The owner Mike was very honest and very helpful. His technician Bryan came to my house to install a thermostat. He was very intelligent and he knew his stuff.
Mike was great in the beginning. I called him for years for all my service needs. Than after an appt. with him for my air conditioning system. I called Mike the day after, asking about an issue that arose a day after the service call. He claimed I was blaming him for his service when I was asking him a question about the air conditioning. He started to get angry with me claiming I was blaming him for the servicing,( which I was not). I hung up on him, not deserving such dialog. He showed up unexpectedly to my house asking to take a look at the air conditioner. I told him I can get someone else. I would not let him in after his behavior on the phone. I asked him to leave, and he again started arguing thru the door. Finally he left, my husband was ready to call the police if he had not left. That is how belligerent he became.

Very fairly priced. I've used his company for the last 23 years. Mike has always been courteous, efficent and the best price! I have recommended him to family and neighbors. His staff is friendly and they take extra precautions in keeping everybody safe during the pandemic.
My air conditioning went out over the Labor Day weekend, right when temperatures were hitting 117. I called Mike's on Labor Day morning, expecting them to be closed. To my surprise they answered, happened to be in a neighboring city, and even though they weren't open that day, could be at my home within an hour. Thirty minutes later they were here, quickly diagnosed my problem (a bad capacitor) and my AC was up and running again. Mike was very professional and took the time to show me what had happened and the replacement part he was installing. He is very customer focused and really cared about getting our issue resolved. The price I paid for the repair was a fraction of what I would expect from another company under similar circumstances. I can't recommend Mike enough. He's the only one I would call for our AC or heating issues.

I've called Mike a few times over the years and he's ALWAYS very helpful. We finally had to replace our compressor (after 35 years!) and haven't had any problems since. I just recently called him because it didn't turn on, and he came by within a couple of hours. Turns out it was an electrical issue and he even recommended an electrician to me. Great guy and great service!

Over the years I have used Mike and have told all my friends and family this is a family owned company that is so kind thoughtful professional and honest I recommend them so highly to anyone if you need your air conditioning serviced or your heater serviced this is the company to call!!! all your friends all your family this is a good man good family and a lovely family owned business and it shows in the detail and how quickly they respond that they care I wouldn’t call anyone else and if you’re lucky enough to read this you have found the right man for the job. I am not one that takes time to review but In this day and age where you never know what you’re getting as far as quality and honesty when you find a company that is family-owned that cares and is honest like this company you want to share So others can benefit from such a great company
Our A/C is leaking water, called mike. And came next morning on time. We have the a/c system installed 12 years ago by Mike.This is the first time we called for service. He flushes the pipe both ways and check the freon, washed the compressor exterior. Told me how to do the simple maintenance. Very nice guy, I would highly recommend their service, good to have this local company.
Mike is the best!!! He is very professional, honest, trustworthy and is always punctual. I not only utilize Mike's Heating & Air Conditioning for personal use, but also for my real estate business. He is knowledgeable about updated codes. Mike always answers his phone calls and will make every effort to accommodate your schedule. I would recommend Mike 5 times over. Excellent service, very knowledgeable, extremely personable. On a week where every AC company told me I needed to wait a week or more for an appointment. Mike's heating & AC arrived withing 2 hours. Not only did Mike and Brian remedy the issue at hand, but gave me tips on how to prevent the issue in the future, and to keep my eye on potential issues that may occur. Their professionalism, and friendly demeanor, are just a few reasons on why I will be recommending Mike's Heating and Air conditioning to everyone I know who needs AC service.

Very honest. Quick and very nice guy
I am so happy with the way Mike's heating and air handles their business. We have had to call him to fix our church's AC and each time he always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just right. He has such a wonderful personal touch to each job. I can not recommend him enough. I have told others about him and each one of them comes back and tells me how much they love Mike's AC. Bravo Mike!!!!
