I chose Mike Balan AC to replace my 16 year old AC at my home this past week. I had 3 other company's provide quotes and Mike Balan's quote was just slightly higher than the average of all of the quotes due to the model of the machine he recommended. His attention to detail on the quote was far superior to the other companies and I am super happy with his recommendation on the machine. It is extremely quiet and seems to run less than the old machine while keeping the house colder than before. The politeness of the techs, customer service rep and Mike himself was a breath of fresh air. They arrived when promised and finished in a reasonable amount of time. They treated me with respect, kindness and cleaned up after themselves. I am a firm believer that you pay for what you get and in this transaction. I. received more than I expected and more than I paid for. I recommend Mike Balan AC for all your AC Needs.

I interviewed three AC companies before I decided upon Mike Balan AC. Mike was the only one that that I trusted from the get go. He instilled confidence. I hired him to install a new AC in my condo— not an easy task since that involve shutting down the water on 40+ floors in one of the building’s towers. He personally arrived for the job. Everything went smoothly and a year later I called Mike’s office again—not because I had a problem. I just wanted to buy another service for the biannual tuneup. He sent a very kind and professional team member who arrived as scheduled, completed the work and who patiently responded to my novice questions. I recommend Mike Bala AC with confidence.

Had an emergency call on a Saturday morning at 730am. By 10am, a very knowledgeable service man arrived and fix the air in a jiffy. Awesome service

Max (technician) was excellent. He showed up on time, troubleshot the problem, repaired the system all while communicating throughout. Everything was clean when he finished.
