Amazing service. My heater wasn’t clicking on. Phap came the next Morning went on the attic and found issue. Had mother board in the car and everything was perfect. Reasonable priced and very friendly, took video of the issue. Will recommend highly.
The furnace in my house is very old and I couldn't turn it on.I'm single woman and I have a big experience with people who tried to take an advantage of me because they see I don't understand what's the problem.I start looking for someone who I could trust because changing a furnace is not cheap.My coworker reffered me to Mighty Oak Air company as a company that she can trust because the owner is a very trustworthy.I took a chance and called him.Phap is very nice guy.He explain me what's the problem and how much it's going to cost me to do the job.It was hard for me to make an instant desision because that would be few thousands that I wasn't ready to spend for that.But what I really liked about him that he is a nice human being.He tried to help me and at least try to turn the furnace on so I would have a heat before I make up my mind.I would recommend him as somebody who'll do the job as it needs to be done or he'll refus to do it.
Made an appointment for an A/C tune up and they explained what they were gonna do over the phone. They came right on time and was very professional. I liked that they took before and after pictures on what they did.

We called for a second opinion after another AC company said we needed a whole new system. Alec was prompt, knowledgeable and quick to offer a solution at a highly reasonable price. We’ve already made arrangements for him to complete our seasonal maintenance. I would highly recommend Mighty Oak!!

I've used Alec for HVAC repair twice now and he's been amazing both times, he's always prompt, he explains what's happening well and he is very friendly and professional. I will absolutely continue to use Mighty Oak for my HVAC issues.
Alec was very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. He even let me watch his computer setup to assess my AC unit and explained everything is easy to understand terms. I will definitely call him again!

Alec was awesome. I called him for a second opinion after air comfort solutions told me I needed a new system. Alec was able to fix my problem and no new system was needed. I wish I had called him first. He explained everything to us and was very professional. Rates were very reasonable. I will always call Mighty Oak first for any future repair needs.
