I appreciate Kyle’s work 100%! We had another company that came through and didn’t do quality work! Kyle was there to fix it! Professional amazing and work 109%! Hands down I would pay for him to come anywhere I live! Thank you! Best investment of an employee!
Several months ago, I had HAVC Inc. come and do a routine service on my furnace. They were absolutely wonderful and came out quickly and were incredibly reasonable and professional. Then, last night, the temperature in my home dropped lower than the furnace was set for. I called HVAC Inc. at 7 o'clock at night and described the problem. The person I spoke with was incredibly kind and helpful and suggested that before I do anything, I change the air filter and see if that fixed the problem. Within an hour, the temperature in my home was rising and when I woke up in the morning, everything was working just fine. So many companies would have scheduled an unnecessary visit and charged me for the advice to change the air filter. I cannot tell you what a difference it made to know that this company was honest and helpful, even if it meant they were not making money off of it. I will use this company any time I have any HVAC needs and will be eager to pass along the contact info to anyone I know who needs HVAC work.
I am so glad that I went with Midwest HVAC Inc. fixed my furnace, cleaned it, answered all my questions. A young man and very professional. I will definitely recommend.
I had a deep emergency. I came home to my heater completely off. My house was frozen and I had my kids with me. I called everyone and no one could come out for atleast 24 hours because of the holidays!! I called Kyle and this man was very far away with family for the holidays as well but was still willing to come and fix my heater for the moment and got here immediately. He also installed a brand new one in the morning jus a few hours later. Puntual Very polite All in all amazing customer service!!! 💯 percent recommended !!
Extremely professional and affordable. Wore masks and shoe covers inside my home. Kyle was very knowledgeable and was able to make the repair the same day. Will absolutely recommend to my friends and family.
Kyle came out on thanksgiving under emergency circumstances and was able to install a brand new heating system his service is outstanding
Unbelievably professional! Was able to get an appointment for the same day to get my heater repaired and the technician was polite, he wore shoe covers in my home even though I told him don’t worry about it. Was able to repair furnace for a very reasonable price will absolutely use again in the future if needed.
After getting a few estimates from various companies I decided to go with Midwest HVAC. I am very happy with the great installation they did and prices are very competitive. Strongly recommend!
