We’ve known Scott and Paisley for many years and rely on them for their honesty, promptness, and professionalism. Scott installed an air conditioner in our home over 20 years ago, and handled other various repairs and projects throughout the years. They were there for us when our water heater sprung a very large leak, and got us through the process of buying the new water heater and even improving the performance of the household system afterwards. I highly recommend Midwest!
Just want to say Scott from Midwest Heating went above and beyond. Woke up Sunday 12/27/2020 to my house being 60 degrees! My furnace blower would come on but no heat! Called multiple companies and finally was able to get one to come over. Due to the holidays I get people are out and I can't be upset its life! Scott took the time to call me and walk me step by step to try and help me identify my situation. Being a business owner myself, let me tell you how appreciative I am of this. While driving out and about with family this man took the time to help a complete stranger!? That is a 100% Customer Service!
Paisley is your go too for any HVAC needs you have! She was professional, friendly, and her price for the repair was extremely reasonable! She also took the time to answer our questions and educate us on the problem and why it occurred. An all around great experience!!
Paisly at Midwest Heating is absolutely wonderful and so unique: very honest and kind, competent and thorough. This company has old-fashioned values and will not try to sell you something you don't need or overcharge you for something you do. We had a great experience with them and feel blessed that we found a heating and cooling company that we can trust for both yearly maintenance and anything else we may need down the road!
I was helped by Paisley who was very nice and provided very good communication. She was friendly and very quick with the repair on our a/c system. Didn't try to sell us a whole new system when a small repair was all it needed! Exact opposite from what i typically deal with. Even brought our garbage can from the street! Who does that? Awesome service!
Paisley is simply the best. My grandfather always told me that I needed a passport to enter the midwest. I now know it was because you had to be family to fit in. Well at Midwest they treat you like family. We were quoted $8,000 to $10,000 for a new furnace and Paisley diagnosed and it cost us 100's of dollars not thousands. Thanks Paisley and Midwest for treating us right. You have a forever customer!
They could start by showing up at the right address. The tech said he was right up the street then wouldn't answer his phone for 60 minutes. He called me back later and insists that he was just inside my house. Apparently he can't read a name or address correctly. Instead of calling me back or verifying the service request, he just hung out in a strangers home while I sat waiting.
We have been having issues with our air conditioner and had had a couple of other companies out to take a look and give an estimate. Each of them kept trying to up sell us and get us to buy a $6,000 to $10,000 unit. We were very worried, especially since our current unit is only 6 years old! Paisley came out and gave such a thorough diagnostic! She added coolant and checked all of the ducts, filters, and even went into the attic! She did more for us than any of those other guys! Her professionalism and courteousness was exceptional! She gave us the best news and reassured us beyond measure! We have now found our heating and air specialist!! We are now loyal Midwest Heating customers!
