I installed a 3 head Mitsubishi ceiling cassette mini-split in our condo. Derek is very knowledgable and experienced with these types of systems and is very good at explaining the details, especially the technical details, breaking technical concepts down so it's straight forward to understand and make an informed decision. He also had the best price for the install and the installer, Justin, was top notch. Justin did a great job executing the the install and did a beautiful job hiding all the 6 line sets in one exterior casing. The details of the install turned out great, better than what other contracts did for other neighbors with similar installed. The whole crew was respectful, thoughtful, and kind. Justin kept me in the loop every step of the way and requested my opinion to dial in exactly where I wanted to have the units installed, (instead of just installing it and not asking). Install was started and completed on time. Derek followed-up several times to see how things are going and did a final walk through. Couldn't be happier.

Outstanding heat pump installation from start to finish! Installers Henry and Zane were professional with great skills. They dealt with changes that became necessary quickly and without complaint. They worked for 12 hours straight and stayed until 8 PM at night to make sure we had heat on a cold night. They were also pleasant to deal with and made us feel like out project was important to them personally. Can’t thank the whole team enough.
The technicians were so nice and answered all my questions. They were at the house when they said they would be there and left their work area clean. We feel like we received an amazing deal for the price we paid. A wonderful experience!

Derek was great to work with! He was efficient and knowledgeable in addressing the issues I was facing with my dishwasher. He was also great about communicating especially when it came to what time he would be by so I could plan my day around his visit instead of having to wait around. Would definitely recommend his services!
