Tony and the team at Midpoint Cooling are amazing. We have a 40,000 SF commercial building in Southwest Florida that has been maintained by a company that Midpoint purchased last year. The Midpoint team picked up right where the other company left off and their service has been stellar. Even with industrywide supply issues, Tony is always able to find us the parts we needed to repair our units or replace them if necessary. Midpoint is not the kind of company that always says "you need a new unit", they take the time to diagnose the issue and give us an honest answer about our options. We have 26 A/C units on our commercial building, and we trust Tony and the team at Midpoint Cooling to keep us all cool year round. Tony, was very unprofessional, disrespectful and honestly has no business in customer service. We have always dealt with Cole's Air and have never had a problem, our first time using this company and they made a mistake (everyone makes them) and they were not willing to do the right thing. They have lost a great customer!
They came out to do a quarterly service on my wine cellar. After they left, I received an alarm that the temperature was rising. The unit was not working so i called them to come back. The next day they did come back and said a wire was knocked loose and it was fixed now (after 10 minutes). i then received a bill for 2 hours for the repair. I feel like it was working when they arrived and wasn't working when they left that it was their error and i should not be billed on top of $385 to service the unit! i think even worse was the attitude of Tony the Service Manager who was extremely rude to my assistant as well as me the owner. i had to hang up on him as he wouldn't stop yelling at me. He is not someone who should be in a customer service job! I will not use them again!

We had an A/C unit installed 6 years ago by Midpoint Cooling & Heating. The Unit failed completely (Not their fault.) The compressor , coil and evaporation coil were faulty. The unit still being under warranty for parts (10 years) we gave them a call to get the parts replaced and unit repaired. Unfortunately the cost of replacing the parts is higher than replacing the entire unit. Bottom line the warranty is pretty much meaningless and useless To add to the aggravation, a $85 service call was charged when no element of the system were tested, the inside unit was not even looked at, No pressure test, Nothing. So much for backing up your work. Went ahead with another Local A/C provider that had the parts replaced under warranty and also was 45% more cost efficient. Lesson learned, will not do business with them again. Get multiple quotes and don't overpay for a warranty.

I have had service from them for over 4 years. They have replaced 6 full air conditioning units at various office and home locations, including helping me troubleshoot a new construction home done by the builder. They have given fair pricing, even showing sympathy when I had to replace 4 office units. I have referred them to others with good reports back. They have and will continue to be my go to air conditioning experts including design of ductwork. They fit the description of a trusted expert that we can be comfortable dealing with.
My first experience with them was in the summer of 2015. My old air conditioner finally failed. After reaching out to other companies and getting high quotes, I reached out to Mid Point. They sent out Tony who gave us a reasonable quote and had the new system installed the next day. The other day we had an issue with the system, they came right out. Tony explained everything was under warranty and had the faulty part replaced in under an hour. Top notch service, not salesmen trying to turn a quick buck. They are professionals whose true goal is your comfort and excellence in service.
Midpoint Cooling & Heating are awesome and are very detailed in their work and customer service! I recommend them to everyone in my neighborhood because they are such a great company! They go the extra mile when it comes to your HVAC system.
About a week before the end of June, I realized my A/C was barely cooling my home. I immediately checked online for a few technicians within the area and hired the one with the best price. He came by and checked the system then claimed we needed to replace some expensive part. I’m not much of a technical person, so the next morning I discussed it with a co-worker and he suggested Medpoint Ac, they had done some work at his home and he seemed quite pleased with their service. I was able to get an appointment for later that evening. Their tech diagnosed it as being low refrigerant. He got things back to normal within the hour. Just imagine if I didn’t get this 2nd opinion, I would have been swindled out of money and probably handed even more problems. I’m now a very satisfied customer and would definitely recommend then to others!
The guys a Midpoint AC really know their stuff. They are super informative about the condition of your A/C and treat you fairly. These guys are the best Heating and cooling company in Fort Myers
These guys are great! Trustworthy, fast, exceptional customer service, fair pricing, and quality work. a year ago I was told by another company that there was nothing they could do to fix my A/C. With dollar signs in their eyes, and me at work, they quickly wrote my wife a very high quote to replace the "irreparable" system. That's when I got Midpoint Cooling's number from another contractor. The owner himself came to my house, crawled up in my attic in the summertime, and told me that he could repair the system for a couple hundred bucks. His awesome crew repaired the system and helped limp it along for another year! This year when my A/C finally took its last breath and died on a hot summer night, I called them up, received a very fair quote, and booked the job. Everybody from this company has been great to work with. The owner, receptionist, service tech, and the installers. I have never gone online and posted a comment about any business. These guys deserve a good review.
