Best a/c company I ever us3d.
I called, and was able to be scheduled the following day. Zack and Jonathan came within the scheduled time and repaired my unit. They were very informative and I appreciate their help and kindness. I will be using them for any future necessities!
I highly recommend Mid-Cities Air Conditioning and Heating to anyone in the Mid-Cities area. During the first cold snap of the year, my heater would not kick on. I had a new born baby (less than a week old!) and the lows were going below freezing. I called Mid-Cities Air Conditioning first thing Monday morning. Within three hours of calling, a technician was at my house. He fixed the problem in a timely manner and was very nice. I was accidentally double charged for the service fee, when I noticed this I called Mid-Cities Air Conditioning and they took care of the problem right away. I was refunded the extra charge in a very timely manner and they were super apologetic for the mistake. I even received an apology card in the mail later that week! Great service and great experience over all!

Very dishonest. Surprised us with a trip charge of $65 and an inflated price of $179 for a thermostat. Did not allow to buy a thermostat from Home Depot.
My friend Ms. Golding utilized your service the other day and raved about her experience. Nick serviced her unit and was done in 15 minutes and saved her a ton of money and time. Mid- Cities will definitely be saved into my contact information. Mid-Cities you rock!!!!!!!!!

I've been using Mid-Cities A/C since we purchased our home 5 years ago. The estimates for big jobs when we first moved in were honest and the bi-annual tune-ups are convenient and efficient. If they find an issue with your unit, they will explain the issue, the process to fix, the possible outcomes if you don't fix, and show you what they fixed. The staff, both office and technicians, are friendly and helpful. We don't call anyone else to work on our home! We would definitely recommend them.
I was very pleased with the A/C service I received from Mid-Cities Air Conditioning. The technician arrived within the time frame specified and was very professional. He explained what the problem was and even showed me the dead mouse in my outside unit (yuck)! I would definitely call them again and recommend them to others.
