The techs were on time and very thorough. Polite/courteous and explained everything that was going on. I would definitely recommend to use Mid Atlantic Mechanical and Repair, LLC. Eric and DeAndre did a clean install and I will ask for them by name for any other work that I need.
Mid-Atlantic does whatever is necessary to resolve your problem. They are amazingly, good people.
The techs were friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. It was a tough day to be without heat but they quickly got everything running. I will definitely use them when it’s time to replace this unit closer to the end of the year.
