I have had a different licensed electrician come out and tell me that the work Mickle installed was done incorrectly. I now don't have power to my garage and they won't return or answer their phones.
Had Mickle put in a new ac unit 2 years ago, having a little problem with it.not sure if they're out of business tried calling numerous times and they haven't returned a call PM
I have 220 service to a heating appliance in my garage and my 40 amp breaker tripped for the first time since the garage was built 3 years ago. I could see some melting had occurred inside the subpanel. I called Mickle on Tuesday and 2 techs arrived at my home the following day 10 minutes before the stated time. Shortly afterwards Shane called me at work to review the issues and what they would need to do to get it fixed including replacing the subpanel and running heavier gauge wire to the heating unit. They were extremely professional and made the necessary repairs within a few hours. I take a lot of pride in my garage as we use it for recreational space among other things. Their work was outstanding and I'm now getting the highest efficiency out of the appliance. Furthermore Shane called the following day to make sure the work was to our satisfaction which was a nice added touch. I would recommend Mickle Electric to anyone in need of a quality electrician and I assume their HVAC work is equally good. This was a refreshing change from the experience I had with the original electrician. I'll be calling Mickle for all of my electric and HVAC needs.
I have used Mickle Electric and the thing that makes them stand out above the rest is ownership of work. I had them update my panel in Feb of 2021 and repair what non-license electrician did. 9 months later my dishwasher seemed to be without power. I reached out to Alison with Mickle Electric who sent someone over to make sure it did have power as I haven't used it since January, which there was power and the issue is with the appliance. I know I sleep better knowing my house was worked by Mickle Electric.
Needed some pretty simple work done after my home inspection. Customer service/receptionist is amazing, super friendly and knowledgeable. The contractor and (I believe) apprentice that came out were on time, very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I haven’t received my invoice yet, but was quoted a very reasonable price. As a new homeowner they’re going to be my go-to, I believe :)
Mickle Electric is completely professional. Bob came in did a walk through of my house taking notes as to what I wanted done. Allison made quick connections with the city and Mid American Energy to set things up. The team Tim, Nick, Cody and Chad showed up when they said they would. On the first day, they had the bedroom floor and main living floor updated. Second day we had the power shut off and by 2pm, we had the inspections completed. That's when we found the wiring in basement was substandard (previous owner workmanship). Mickle Electric jumped right in and worked hard to make sure everything was corrected. I now have the peace of mind that everything electrical was done correctly. This company is one that stands out from the others and take pride in what they do. I highly recommend them for any work you need done.
Setup an appointment with them, was told it was going to be roughly a $30-50 service. They come back with a $100+ bill
they have a worker with the same last name as me so that deserves a 5 star reveiw

I work for a non-profit who helps low income individuals and seniors and Mickle helps our clients all of the time. They are kind and amazing. They treat our clients with dignity and respect. They always make it right. I couldn't ask for more from a company. I would highly recommend.
Mickle helped us replace ceiling fans, fixed our lamp post, and installed a pair of new outlets. They did a great job and were pleasant to work with. Would call them again for sure
I would like the readers to know a couple things right up front. First I have nothing but respect for Terry Mickle (but he is no longer the owner) Second if you read my profile you will see I really only like to leave five star reviews. And third I never actually got to have any work done by the new owners. I own a older house that needed some wiring updates prior to its sale for the new owners insurance company, a co owner of Mickle Electric gave me the bid on the 21st of Sept and I told him to please go ahead as the house is sold. He advise me it could not be done for three or four weeks and that was agreed on. So the closing on the house was delayed a month. Today the 13th of October the other co owner called me. She advised me that I was not on her scheduled work and she was a full 12 weeks behind. I felt very sure I had an appointment for the 26th and no later. When I got over my initial grief I pressed her for a date she could preform the work. She would not give me an answer at all. I want to close this long review with a simple note. A professional service advisor would not make me feel like she didn't care about the person buying my house or myself at all. Funny thing is when Allison called me today the first thing I said to her was, oh you have the house done?

Everyone at Mickle truly cares about customers and their work is excellent. After derecho damage this year, they went above and beyond. They checked in every day while we waited for MidAmerican to repair a damaged pole, and even called MidAm. on our behalf. Mickle's work is wonderful, reliable, and everyone is so considerate and professional. Thanks for all of your amazing work!
Replaced outdoor GFI outlet and installed new ceiling fans. Completed sooner than expected. Outstanding service and skill.
Mickle is the only electric/plumbing company I will ever call! Friendly office staff and technicians, honest answers, very professional. Thanks They listen to what the problem is and work to resolve it without just trying to replace it or sell you something new. Mickle was recommended to us by a neighbor and we are so thankful! We are new to the area and tried several other companies before being referred to Mickle - all the others have been deleted from my address book. Kudos to Mickle Electric for being a company I feel confident about calling. Well done!

Quick work of old wiring. They replaced a three way switch and added a light to a dark basement stairway. I will use them again for the next project.
