Professional and friendly, from the first call to getting my air ducts and dryer vent cleaned. Thomas explained the process before he started and answered all my questions, very knowledgeable. They use a sanitizer that refreshed the house (which I loved) and at the end he showed me before and after pictures of each vent. I definitely will be calling again and recommending them 100%.
I got a couple quotes for vent cleaning and Michigan Home Comfort not only gave me the best price, they also offered more services--including a special where they cleaned out my dryer vent for free! Tommy was the professional who did the service and he was amazing: communicative, kind, courteous, and provided quality service. Tommy also answered any questions we had, gave us updates throughout, and took pictures (attached are a couple before and after pics). Would definitely recommend this company!
We had a wonderful experience with Tommy from Michigan Home Comfort. I have severe allergies and we just moved into a new home and I was suffering almost daily. We decided to have this company come out to clean out our ducts, dryer vents and furnace and they did a wonderful job! It’s almost like I could breathe better immediately. Tommy was extremely professional, efficient and thorough. I am so glad we had this service done and would recommend them to everyone and anyone!

Absolutely horrible, these guys are crooks! Destroyed my house left it a mess then lied and lied and taking care of us don't waste your time or money
I used this company and it was a disaster! I came out of my home office after the vent cleaning was done to black dusty film on every surface of my home. My floors were covered my vents had chunks of dust still coming out of them. We chose to get the service done because our son has asthma and allergies so we invested money we could have used elsewhere on this service and were greatly disappointed. We were left with a mess and I spent 5 hours after work cleaning up just the surface of the dust. I was told by Kevin someone would come back and clean up the mess and no on ever returned. I do not recommend this company they didn't even offer a discount on a job not completed and a job that created more problems as opposed to helping our home!
