Not sure why the negative comments here. I guess no one can bat 1000. I've used Michael C. Wall on several occasions since 2007. They have always been responsive and fixed the issue. In 2007 they were able to weld my leaking coil when several other contractors wanted to replace the entire (4 year old at the time) unit. When that unit finally gave out in 2020, they replaced it with a new Trane unit for less than anyone else (I called around). This year my second unit (19 years old) had issues and they came out to repair it. The repair didn't last and they recommended another replacement which they again did in a timely manner. I then asked about the bill for the repair of the old unit and they took care of it. That's how you keep customers happy and coming back.
CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR! HVAC units were working fine until I had them come out to do the annual service. Immediately after the service was complete, the units were no longer cooling the space properly. The building became humid and it was very evident that the units were not cooling properly. Upon calling them, had them return to investigate and they claimed that some vents must have opened up during a recent storm and was affecting the service. They leave and there is no improvement. Call again on a Monday and they are RUDE and tell us that the earliest they can come back is FRIDAY. Ridiculous. Call a different contractor, who comes out the same day and we learn that the employees from Michael Wall's had left multiple unit components unplugged upon doing their service, and thus the reason the units were not properly cooling. WE WILL NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
Took 3 attempts to fix minor electrical problem, then billed me for service call when unit still under warranty! Find another contractor!
