A/C went out first day of heat wave. Ken came out after hours as a favor and fixed my system. Can't ask for more. Great service and I'm back at 78 degrees. Hard to find anyone during the pandemic. Highly recommended

We just had a new A/C and Heating system installed in our home. MIB Associates Inc. did an incredible job. Aaron, Wayne and Chris did an outstanding job. Installation was clean and timely. They where organized and very professional. It is nice to have contractors show up on time and do what they say there are going to do. It is difficult to find quality contractors today. It was refreshing to not worry about being lied to or taken advantage of. Great group of hard workers. We recommend if you are looking to get a new A/C and Heating upgrade or repair. Use MIB Associates Inc.
Before hiring MIB I met with 3 other companies. They not only came to my home within 24 hours to give me a fair estimate they got the job done within the time frame they said they would. Ken, Aaron Azulay and the guys were always friendly, professional, tidy, and went the extra mile. Now I have a new HVAC system and all new ducting in my attic. What a difference! I’m confident going into the warmer months knowing that my home will be a lot cooler and efficient this summer!
What a pleasure to work with a reliable company who shows up when they say they'll be there, has great service guys who patiently answer your questions and who saved me $3000 for an identical bid! MIB had serviced my homeowners' association for years so I asked for a second opinion. I am totally satisfied with the service and in one day, the air in my unit feels cleaner and more forceful than before they replaced the condenser.
They have always called me right back. Reasonable pricing and any concern I have had, they have always addressed. Have used them many times now, and they have even replaced a unit for us.
I'm very happy with my decision to go with MIB to replace our AC. We have a tricky set up where the unit needs to be placed on the roof of our 4 story condo building. They got up there without even using a crane which saved us considerably considering the other quotes we received. These guys really know what they are doing and, while getting the job done quickly, are really efficient in what they do.

My heater went out, I contacted MIB and they came within an hour and fixed the problem quickly (in that same visit) and efficiently. Great service! Highly recommended!
