Rafael is a true professional and really knows what he's doing. His prices cannot be beat and neither can his service. He's the only person I call when I need a/c work.
My AC broke down out of the blue in the middle of the day. We had a newborn baby so we had to fix the issue as soon as possible. I was scared because most AC companies in Miami have a bad reputation of scamming you, and I know nothing of ACs. We called a bunch of places and nobody could help, and if they could they would charge me a "rush fee" that was more expensive than the entire job. When we called Miami HVAC LLC, they were also booked, but after explaining my situation, the owner Rafael specifically made arrangements to come fix my AC himself. He arrived shortly and my AC was working in less than an hour. The problem was caused by lack of maintenance so we purchased one of his plans and never had a problem again. We are so grateful for his service and have since then recommended his company to many people and so far everybody has been pleased.
Rafael's work is stellar and thorough. I am forever grateful to the neighbor who recommended his company to me.
Rafael from Miami HVAC LLC installed both my mini split and 4 ton Rheem units. After I had done my market research, I found him to be more reasonable, responsive,knowledge and personable. Two days ago my a/c stopped working at 10 pm, I called several Hvac companies to solve the issue but no one could come at that time, then a friend recommended me to call Rafael owner of MIAMI HVAC LLC AIR CONDITIONING, I called and he came right away, he fixed the problem and thanks to him we slept with air conditioning that night.Thank's again Rafael, he is very professional, *****5 star for this company, totally recommended.
I replace my a/c unit last week done by MIAMI HVAC LLC AIR CONDITIONING, Rafael ( the owner ) and another guy were very professional, they did an amazing job quick and neat , wonderful price and warranty .I highly recommend them .
I was in a real bind in this miami summer heat where an ac technician started to install a mini split and didn’t finish the job. I contacted Rafael and he came over in a few hours. He gave me a SUPER reasonable price, said I needed a few things to do the job correctly (which the previous tech didn’t even plan on using and it was necessary) and he went to purchase them. He came back and completely the job. The job is top quality! I am super thankful and will definitely use/refer Rafael in the future.
