I can't say enough good things about Metro Services. Their customer service is fantastic. We had a heat pump installed on the roof of our DC row house last year. Not only only was it a roof installation, but we also needed steel beams to be laid. Nate coordinated with the company so it all could be done in one day (with one crane). We had an issue with our thermostat and Nate came out after hours to install it because I wasn't going to be home during the day. Stellar experience with this company.
Nate is the best.Very effective and thoughtful. My heating system kept shutting off before reaching the temperature set on the thermostat. Many other technicians couldn't figure out the issue. Nate worked on it until resolved. I highly recommend his service.

Nate was awesome! Very professional and knowledgeable of what he is doing. I had my ac broke down few weeks ago. And had it checked with different company while he was working on it I feel like he doesn’t know what he was doing and more of a sales person than fixing the problem. He was telling me about replacing the unit and I had to order fast since some units will have to come from another states. As someone like me who had a feeling it was a wrong diagnosis I looked online for a different company and found Metro Services! All that needs to be done was wire changing! They charge me reasonable price and Nate explained to me what was happening. It is hard to find a decent company that you would trust and for me this is the place to get service!
Hiring a contractor for the first time feels like a throw of the dice. No matter how much research you do there's always a chance something's not going to work out. That you're going to get ripped off. That happened to us recently when our heat pump stopped working, meaning we were without air conditioning during some of the hottest days of the summer. The HVAC contractor, who had originally installed the heat pump, stopped responding to our calls and texts. So we researched our community chat board on Facebook for contractor recommendations. Several people recommended one particular contractor highly. So we gave these people a chance. Days and days later, and $500 poorer, our heat pump remained broken. We were desperate, not only for ourselves dealing with 80° temperatures in our house, but for our dog who was in the last weeks of her life, and panting continuously. After a thorough search, thank goodness we came across Metro Services, HVAC. They quickly came to our home, diagnosed the problem correctly, and made the necessary repairs. As bad as the first contractor was, that's how great these people were. But the story doesn't end there. Our system needed tweaking a couple of times after their repair. Both times they came out the next day, expertly took care of the minor tweaks, and at their expense. The contractor we worked with at Metro, Nate, was a brilliant technician. He was like a dog with a bone when trying to solve our HVAC issue. He kept going until the job was done and done right. Should we have another HVAC issue, we will definitely call these people. We recommend them wholeheartedly! I only wish they were also electricians, general contractors, and able to bring down dead trees. Life would be so much easier!
I had such a great experience with Metro Services. They were very thorough and efficient with the duct and vent cleaning. Communication was great when asking about information and setting up the appointment. Highly recommend this service!
Received a 5 star services from Mike at Metro services HVAC. excellent trouble shooting and quick diagnostic of the problem. Repair was done promptly. Cost of repair is reasonable and fair.

Nate and his team at Metro Services HVAC are exceptionally competent, professionals, good mannered, responsive, timely, reasonably priced with a great quality of work. I had a 70K gallon broken water heater that started leaking . With a level of urgency I called a few places in around Potomac and Rockville. Most unresponsive, bad reviews and/or unreasonable priced. My pool technician person suggested Nat and his company. I called and in less than 24hrs I had heated water, cleanly installed and DONE. That simple. Nate himself if very personable and knowledgeable serving leader and his team are just excellent HVAC experts and nice people. I recommend him over and over to everyone who needs HVAC and more.
Nate was really professional and took the time to really find out what was wrong with my a/c and heating system. He checked the whole system and explained to me what was wrong and how the system works. In the past I had called other companies but had to be ending calling someone else until I found metro services hvac. They would come to your house as soon as posible no matter what time is it. I strongly recommend this company.
Had really great service with Nate and after dealing with two other HVAC companies, Metro HVAC was more honest and had a very knowledgeable person to fix our issues. It cost less than expected.
We got our HVAC system replaced and a lot of duct work done, plus a whole house duct cleaning. It was estimated to be a 1.5 day project that turned into three full days. They ended up redoing some ductwork because it didn’t look good, and the end result is much better! Nate was patient and walked through all our options. Then Marshall and Mike and Yusef came out to put everything together. Marshall was super chill, talked us through everything, and made sure we were happy with the outcome. Mike was great and kept me informed of all going on, and both of them also helped rescue a cardinal that was stuck in my garage with an injured wing! Really happy with all the work and the guys they sent to do it. The price was very reasonable, especially compared to other quotes we got. Thanks guys!

Nate is hands down the most knowledgeable person when it comes to HVAC. Our furnace stopped working and on calling Metro Services, Nate was able to come by in 15 mins and not only fix it but also fixed the overheating issue of the furnace and provided knowledgeable recommendations across the return air and other aspects of the house. We are thankful for his help and are working with him to relocate some return airs , add new ones to make house quieter and more energy efficient.
Nate came after my emergency call that we lost our heat. He determined our thermostat was faulty and not our system. He quickly installed a new thermostat that is much simpler to use. Nate is neat, considerate, and competent. He vacuumed the dust caused by the installation, wore a mask, and booties. Nate is my go-to person. He always solves the problem and is a pleasure to work with.
Thank you for Nate and Ron’s teamwork in figuring out the problem with my aged furnace. I truly appreciate them for their patience and honesty. In the future, when I purchase a new Furnace & AC unit, I will definitely call Metro Services HVAC to do the job!! They are the BEST HVAC company in the area!! I am so thankful for their prompt response to addressing my repair. I highly recommend Metro Services HVAC for any HVAC repairs and services.
