This company is a God send. My AC gave way and my daughters and l were in boiling heat. I called on a Saturday morning at 8a and the owner told me he would dispatch someone out at 11a. Luckily, the tech, Anibal was able to come in earlier. Anibal was professional, kind and so polite. He diagnosed the issue in a matter of minutes, took off his shoes when l asked him to (worth mentioning because some techs grumble about this) and gave me all the options on the table. My AC was up and running in 10 mins! I will definitely be using this company again and highly recommend them for your AC needs. Thanks again, Anibal!

Metro service has helped us now 3 different times on my AC system, once with a repair last summer, once with a tune up in the spring, and unfortunately a full replacement just this week. Each time they are incredibly responsive, and somehow manage to get out there the same day. In one of our hottest summers and hearing horror stories of people not being able to get work done or get ahold of new units, this company had no problem getting our AC fixed within 24 hours!!

I called with an emergency situation at 5:15p on a Sunday. A tech was at my house within an hour and a half and fixing the issue. The repair price was very reasonable, and my AC is back up and running. Absolutely will use this company going forward based on this experience. Update: Finally found someone to correct the problem. The issue was the configuration used to install this Trane unit requires a downflow kit. This is according to Trane tech support. So now I have ceiling damage I have to pay to fix because this company did an incorrect/incomplete install. Do NOT have this company install a new unit for you. The owner is really nice, However, I have had issue after issue with the Trane unit they installed a little over two years ago. They gave up on the last problem and refused to help any further. I have been dealing with a leaking unit since May that no one can figure out what the problem is.

Poor diagnostic service to start with. A simple capacitor replacement resolved my AC issue but the technician suggested me to replace the whole compressor unit. Glad i took second opinion and prevented a big hole in my pocket.

I tried Metro AC for the first time a few years ago because of a recommendation from a friend and co-worker. I am sure glad I took his advice. This is a family owned business between David and his father, Anibal. They always have come within a reasonable amount of time when I have called and have diagnosed my issues and got my system up and running in short order. In addition to this, they have always treated my fairly and are very customer friendly. Prices are fair and they really do care about their customers. It is without hesitation that I recommend these guys to anyone needing help with their AC.

These guys are GREAT!!! I called them before 8am and they answered the phone. They told me, they could be here by noon but when I explained there was a baby in the house and the AC went out about 4 hours ago - it was already getting pretty hot. They told me they would be there in an hour - and they were. He figured out the problem in about 10 minutes, my fan motor went out. He had to go get one, but had things back up and running within an hour. I do not write a lot of these but felt like needed to - these guys are good at what they do and the price was very reasonable. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN FOR SURE. Update 02/18/21 used them again, worst day of the year to lose heat yesterday during the rolling black out. They came same day and fixed my problem. David and team are great, will use the again and will tell all my friends.

2020 update: these folks are so solid (David is my main contact). Really honest. At a different home now and they offered me all the options to repair or replace. Never pressuring, and always letting me decide. I know they could either upsell or give partial information; they don't and they don't. They helped me work with my home warranty even if it can't include them while this gets worked out. 2018 review: Quick, efficient, affordable. David, the owner, responds incredibly quickly. He is very friendly and patient. I am a detailed researcher, and my many questions did not seem to bother him. We installed a new split HVAC system at well under half the price of the "big box" competitors, but I don't feel like we skimped at all on benefits or quality. He gave several options to choose from, allowed me to customize any of those, and worked with my budget. He NEVER tried to upsell me for the sake of it; in fact, he shot straight with what could be done if I wanted to keep my old system to make it work. I have not experienced that with other companies. Keep up the good work!

EDIT: Now you are being dishonest. I have texts from you, including the ones you sent after reading this review. You finally sent me an estimate last week and asked for another chance. Then you post this as a public response. ORIGINAL POST: Pretty disappointed in this guy. Had him come out over a month ago to provide duct work. His first contact was quick and he gave us a reasonable quote . We asked for a written estimate so we could move forward before the weather turned too hot. He never sent an estimate, even after several more requests. Won't respond to texts, because he's "too busy" and gets "too many texts". Now it is almost July and we are back to square one. Thanks, David, for wasting our time.

David and his Team did a full AC replacement at my Dallas home. I was out of town when the unit failed and I trusted him and his team in my home while I was gone. Not only did they do an AMAZING job on the install, their cleanup job was just as good. All attic insulation that is typically tracked out of the attic had been swept up and disposed of. I couldn't so much as spot a footprint from where they were up and down my stairs. Out of 4 other quotes he was the best priced.
