This is one of the most professional businesses I have ever dealt with. They offer extremely good service at a very fair price. Their team knows the the heating and cooling business inside and out. The front office is very pleasant and answers all questions promptly. A big shout out to Ari and the team!!
Incompetent, ignorant, doesn’t stand by their work and rude. Hands down. Very poor experience. Stay away from metro air. (I highly recommend family heating and cooling though, They fix my problem in no time, and very reasonable charges and above all very professional)
Called last night, left message, received a call early this morning. Tech came out today & replaced the furnace motor. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. Very professional and prompt

I highly recommend Metro Air. My AC stopped working suddenly; I called Metro air on a Friday morning (before a holiday weekend, no less...) and by noon my system was repaired and running better than ever. The technician, Jason, was awesome - super knowledgeable, worked quickly, very personable, and answered all my questions. Pricing was very reasonable. Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience or outcome. Thanks Metro Air!

Metro Air did a great job installing my new furnace and AC - all of the techs were friendly, polite and made sure everything was correct. They cleaned up everything and I was thrilled with their service. Highly recommend!

Metro Air Inc just installed a brand new HVAC system at my residence. My Bryant A/C and Furnace worked for nearly 25 years. They just put in a new Bryant A/C and Furnace, Humidifier and a next gen Thermostat. These guys are pros and do not mess around. Followed through on all promises and completed the job on time. Explained what they did and provided maintenance tips. Why go anywhere else for HVAC service? Metro Air, Inc. is the best! A+

Very professional service. To the point maintainence guy. Didn't try to sell anything extra. Let me know that the Freon has a small leak. It is fine for about 2 years but need to look for it in the long run. Didn't scare me like other companies that I have to do it right now. I trust their professionalism and their rates are very reasonable. Would definitely recommend using them for ur HVAC needs. And also the person who came also cleaned and washed my out door unit (fins/condensor). Two thumbs up Metro Air..🥰👍👍
Metro came out to replace a failing furnace and and when they arrived our other furnace failed as well,. They pivoted, shifted some things around and were able to bring the manpower and equipment, to replace BOTH furnaces on the same day. Their crew was outstanding !
Metro Air installed my new A/C units and furnace a couple years ago and the equipment has worked great ever since. It has required routine maintenance since and they have done a great job helping out with that. All of their employees are kind and professional. I highly recommend Metro Air!
We have had complete installations of furnace and air conditioning, boiler replacement and duct replacement. Always a pleasant experience. Most recently routine maintenance on our old furnace was done by a masked technician with shoe coverings to keep the carpet clean. He did a careful camera inspection of the heat exchanger to assure it was not damaged. Peace of mind is priceless.
Spoke to Ari due to my furnace not working properly and he was able to get someone to come out the same day. Service Tech David came out diagnosed the issue and had me back up in no time. David also went over everything with me in detail so I fully understood what he did and the cause of my issue. I recommend Metro Air to everybody! AC unit went out in early May weekend during Covid ! and getting hot.....they tried to fix it, couldnt, but got a new unit SO quickly. Great price too. Great service
