Tim was nice and got the job done fast
Not worth recommending. Terrible service and customer service. Go through the reviews and you can tell that they were paid for or written through friends of the guy. Check another place.

Have used Metro Air and Heat for the past four years, and have been more than happy. Tim is responsive, quick and accurate with service, and better than fair on pricing. I had an outside AC unit go out, and Tim worked with me on solutions and pricing - way above and beyond what I expected. The unit had a minor issue, Tim was out the next morning and got it going again. “No charge, you’re under warranty!” If you are needing service or unit replacement, I recommend you give Tim a call at Metro Air and Heat. You won’t be disappointed. Great work, and he stands behind his products and work.
They came very quickly and had the air conditioner repaired in no time. Their promptness averted having to move a hospice patient on oxygen out of the house to stay in a hotel. Thanks so very much!!
Tim is on time and professional. He's honest. I recommended him to a friend who had been told that she needed an expensive replacement system. Tim fixed what she had for much less money. These guys do both air and heat.I highly recommend him.
I've known the owner (Tim) for over 50 years and his crew installed complete inside and outside units flawlessly and professionally at my home a couple of months ago and they did so within several hours. Tim is very reputable and reasonably priced. You won't go wrong with Metro Air and Heat.
We've been using Metro Air and Heat since not long after moving into our new house (1992). They have always known their stuff, showed up on time, and been courteous and friendly. We had our heat pump fail and they came out on the morning of July 4th to replace the failed outside unit and the condenser coil to match. With TX temps this week reaching up to 117º with the heat index, going that extra mile meant a lot to my family.
Great service and customer care! Tim is responsive and caring and a pleasure to have in my home. So glad we used this company for our HVAC unit and maintenance. The HVAC unit, Goodman, has been reliable and problem free.
Metro Air & Heat has been my reliable service company for many years. They respond in the worst conditions of weather, including 100 degree heat with no AC and freezing without hot air in the winter. The staff is always courteous and good at explaining and showing you problems they encounter. Their honesty with the work and integrity following up is outstanding. For any new customers, these guys are one of the few service providers that will answer the phone on Sunday. Overall, this is a company you can trust!
I called after 9 on Friday night and Tim said he’d be at my house between 8:30-9:00 the next morning. He arrived when he said he would and he had me back up and running within an hour at a very fair price.

Tim is really good at his Ac work. Fix my unit with out buying and testing alot parts he went right to the problem nothing extra.

I cannot even begin to say how great this company is! Being a single mother makes it hard to find somewhere that is not only affordable,but also trustworthy. Tim and his HVAC team were amazing!
