Outstanding service! I called and they offered to come out the same day. AC was fixed in one visit. Very happy with everything A-Z. :)
Chris H. (Master AC Man) & Chris M. (Intern) came almost before I hung up the phone. They removed my old thermostat and replaced it with a new Honeywell quickly and efficiently. They programmed and tested it and it looks and works fine. Both gentlemen were friendly and answered all my questions. This was my first experience with Meridian Comfort but I would most certainly recommend them.
FROM THE PHONE CALL TO KAREN SETTING UP MY SERVICE CALL TO THE TECHNICIANS FINISHING MY REPAIR EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT!!!!! I CALLED AT 2P.M. AND THE TECHNICIANS WERE HERE IN LESS THAN AN HOUR!!!! FOUND MY PROBLEM AND HAD MY HOME COOL AGAIN BY 4P.M.!!!! I WAS SO PLEASED AND AMAZED AND I WAS A NEW CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!! SAW REVIEWS FOR THEM ON THE "NEXTDOOR WEBSITE"!WAS IN A PANIC AND CALLED NOT KNOWING MUCH ABOUT THEM!!! THANKS BE TO GOD I GOT THEM!!!!!!!!!!!! COULDN;T BE HAPPIER!!!!! GREAT PEOPLE!!!!!! Chris came out same day, short notice, with incredible knowledge and speed of the issue. Within about 30 minutes, are AC was back up and running with permanent repairs, and an existing issue i have had was fixed. Very professional, obvious he cares about his craft and work, very reasonable on pricing, unlike 90% of other HVAC techs out there. Highly recommend, give him a call, you wont be disappointed.
Just moved to the PSL area, needed help with my air conditioning ASAP , since it was getting hot outside again. AC was not getting cool. Chris came out to check it literally the same day and fixed the problem. He responded very fast and got the job done and even showed me how to keep up with it for the future to avoid the Same problem. He was great! Highly recommended!
Chris was very professional and helpful. Was having issues with a new thermostat at a new home and the builders or HOA weren't assisting, spoke with Chris and he came right out. Gave me some different suggestions on what I should/could do and gave me the time I needed to make a decision. Was there for any questions I had any time of the day. Quick but efficient service. Can tell he knows a lot about what he does and loves doing it. Would highly recommend.
I contacted Meridian Comfort A/C in Port Saint Lucie on a Sunday and an hour later they were working on my A/C system. The owner, Chris immediately started diagnosing the system and got it running. We discovered the old system was at least 10 years old and was slaving to cool the house. The wife and I decided to invest in a brand new High Efficiency HVAC system. Meridian Comfort handled the entire process from the permitting to the system installation. Meridian Comfort stayed in touch with us before, during, and most importantly after the installation was complete. By far one of the most respectful people to deal with and gave us a very fair quote for the entire job. There was no pressure and Chris provided us with truthful information to make the best investment for our home. I would absolutely hire Meridian Comfort again. They offer a great service plan that gives us piece of mind. On a side note, Chris spent time in our attic inspecting our duct system for leaks and exited dripping in sweat...but still had a smile. Please give Chris a call and let Meridian Comfort evaluate your A/C needs. My only experience with my past homes and A/C Companies were absolute nightmares. Thank you for the great service!
Chris is highly recommended by people in his field, he is honest and won't sell you anything you don't need..I highly recommend him.
Chris and Steve from Meridian Comfort were extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They arrived on-time, kept the area clean and got the work done right the first time. I am very happy with the installation of the new unit and I would definitely recommend Meridian for any work you need done.
