Started using Mercy heating and cooling for my fire station I continue to use Robert for my home and have recommended him to family and friends He never disappoints .

Mercy Is incredible! Robert has been giving us excellent service for 4 years now. He usually shows up the same day or the next when I have had a heat or air issue. 1 year ago he let me know that my furnace was not in good shape and he gave me a range of what it would be to replace my HVAC. A year later we needed it. The heat went out over the night on Monday. I called Tuesday morning and we had a new HVAC system by Thursday afternoon! The price was right as well! Mercy has always had exceptional service! Thank You!
Very impressed!!! Our heater stopped working yesterday so we called Mercy. Robert Came out early the next morning ready to work. He solved the problem, picked up the new parts needed and had the issue fixed before noon!!! So thankful that Robert was so fast and friendly and professional. He got our house warm again in a flash!!! 100% would recommend this company !!
