4/24/23 A.c. blowing warm.they did a thorough inspection found a leak. They showed up exactly when they said they would and charged a fair price. 2 other companies tried to get me to join their "service plan" for a monthly fee charging way more for members vs. Non members. Mercury doesn't do that.
Went to the office today. I went to find it was 86° inside when I got there. Mercury was able to diagnose and fix the problem within the hour. Office is much cooler now. Thank you Mercury heating and air for coming out on Saturday after hours emergency calls.
The two service technicians, Devon and Nathan were polite, professional and, respectful. Great company!
Professional and knowledgeable. Great value for exceptional service. Unfortunately a pest made it's home in my ventilation system. Mercury heating and air cleaned my unit and put it on a new platform. They repaired and insulated the duct work and replaced the metal cover leading to the attic. I'm pleased with the work and interaction overall. Will continue to use them in the future for routine maintenance and any necessary repairs.
After 2 companies, 3 different technicians, days with no AC and hundreds of dollars I finally found Mercury Heating & Air. The first time they came out they found the problem and ordered the part. The day the part came they installed it. The technician was very knowledgeable, courteous, and answered any questions. I was very pleased and will never use anyone but Mercury again.

Another great visit! The house wasn’t getting cool as fast as usual. Called them and they were out here the next day. Found and fixed the problem and we are back in business. Awesome company, quality service, great value.

My review is 5 star. Our a/c broke on a Sunday. Call placed Monday. Service tech diagnosed our problem Tuesday -refrigerant leak in the accumulator. Parts ordered Tuesday. Repair completed Wednesday. This was handled as quickly as possible and in a very professional manner from Adam taking our calls in the office, to our 2 service technicians (Jarret and Hani) who worked out our problem and we are happy to have our A/C working again. One of their vans on us 19 was speeding and maneuvering carelessly, having no concern with the safety of himself or others.
Our air conditioner started acting up, cutting on and off. We called, and one hour after we called, they had already shown up, fixed it, we weren't charged, and they were gone. Amazing service, especially here in Florida where it's so impactful on a business environment. Highly recommend.
