The AC in my rental house was old and not working and Mercedes Air & Heat went there right away and replaced the unit. I’m very pleased with their fast service. I found them to be very reliable and affordable. If my air conditioner ever goes out again I will definitely call them. Thank you
Zaid was super quick to respond to a quote request and to follow-up with an appointment. He quoted the work and scheduled the job for a day or two later Unfortunately as he dug deeper into the install, he realized that it was a bigger job than initially quoted since it was an old house, he basically needed to redrywall an entire closet and widen the door frame. Being the professional he is, he took care of the extra work and stayed late to get the job done. I highly recommend his services and look forward to working with him again on future projects.
