Having to get a new AC unit was not something I was looking forward to doing. It’s definitely a big expense. Therefore, I was hoping my old AC would keep on kicking for a little while longer. But of course, it died at the most inconvenient time. Thankfully, a friend recommended Meraki Air Inc. Their customer service skills were fantastic. Friendly but professional. They made sure to clearly explain everything and answer any questions, actually, all the many questions I had. It was for sure a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend them! I already recommended them to a couple of my neighbors.
I have had nothing but exceptional service from Andrew at Meraki! We have had a troubled unit and Andrew came as soon as possible to diagnose and repair our unit. Ultimately we needed a new one and Andrew worked tirelessly going back and forth with rude and unhelpful service individuals until he was able to get our unit replaced with factory warranty. You truly can rely on him going above and beyond driving back and forth u til your unit is fixed. He treats your issues as serious as if it was for his own family. Would never go with another company.
Meraki Air Inc was referred to me by a friend, he was highly recommended. I called Meraki Air after having a previous HVAC company come out to look at my A/C. The other company was just ok, they provided just a quick temporary fix, which I assumed that was all I needed to get my a/c back up and running. So when I called Meraki Air, the owner Andrew was very polite. He came out the next day, examined my entire a/c system. Explained in detail and in laymen terms exactly what is needed, then by evening the same day I was provided with a quote. When Meraki Air was given the ok to proceed, once again I did not have to wait a week. Andrew was at my home just 2 days later, arrived early and worked straight through. He made sure that I had a/c up and running that same day. I would highly recommend Meraki Air. Very professional, excellent quality and cleanliness, and responsive. Two thumbs up and 5 star rating.

Meraki Air has become our number 1 choice for everything we need when it comes to AC! It's hard to find an AC company you can trust where you don't feel they recommend unnecessary products or services, but the knowledge Andrew had when he came and the consideration he put towards what would provide us with the best and cleanest air for our family and newborn baby on the way really went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. He was very professional and showed he cared about his customers and the maintenance and cleaning he provided was outstanding! My husband used to work in HVAC years ago, so he knows a good job when he sees one. I truthfully don't leave many reviews for companies, but Meraki Air really does go above and beyond, knows what they are talking about, and deserves it 100%!
This guy is honest above all else, and far more intelligent than the competition. He has scruples, which means he's not going to sell you anything that you don't need (also means he won't oversell you). You can count on Andrew and his family to provide accurate and reliable service, no matter the cost.

Called when my A/C stopped working, they were very professional and friendly over the phone , call was treated with urgency tech showed up right away, very polite, got our A/C back up and running again in no time. Reasonably priced as well. DEFINITELY, will use them again!
I had Meraki Air come out to do a maintenance service on my recently purchased home. They were very thorough with the maintenance. Found my AC had not been maintained for years by the previous owner and the technician showed me how filthy it was so they completed an evaporator coil cleaning and what a difference! The technician took his time to explain to me about my AC and things we could do in the future to improve my air quality and air flow once it is time to replace the AC system. Also, they installed a wifi thermostat for me and helped me set it up on my phone. If you don’t have one, I highly recommend! I love being able to remotely access my AC at any time. The technician was very up to date with the latest technology for AC which is so hard to find on the Treasure Coast. Other companies I have dealt with in this area really lack in that department so happy I found a company that cares about what they do and take time to educate their customers too.
We are so happy we found a professional and honest, reliable ac company. There are so many out there but Meraki time and time again has never disappointed. They are reasonable, caring and knowledgeable.

Andrew is fantastic at what he does. We had several AC professionals out to our home over the years and he is by far the best. He is extremely professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. Andrew was able to identify the problem with our unit and fix it, when all the other companies just gave us the runaround with short-term solutions that ended up costing us significantly more money. We highly recommend him. We will never use anyone else.

We have had problems with our air conditioning system for years. We called out multiple companies in Hope's they could solve the problem but everyone would just change parts, unable to diagnose what was causing the issue. Andrew came out and took his time. He looked at everything and was able to figure out that the system was configured improperly and that was causing the issue. He didn't even have to change any parts, simply changed the configuration and our AC has been working great now ever since. They're professionalism and knowledge really gave me confidence in their company. I will definitely be using Meraki again.
