I have been working with this company for 2 yrs now. Last year I had a small leak in my upstairs unit and needed to replace the condenser on my downstairs unit. They quickly handled both jobs. Also last year the unit at my rental property went out and they quickly and professionally handled that one too. This year, my upstairs unit wasn’t working. I called them yesterday at 4pm, Mr Menefee was at my home at 8:30 this morning and quickly determined that the problem was with my thermostat. He also changed my filters. Luckily my thermostat just needed new batteries and the WiFi reprogrammed. As in the past, great service from office and technical staff.
This company did a bootleg job installing our brand new air conditioning unit. We have had different companies come out and simply consult with us about a leak and each one of them has shamed this company for the poor job they did installing it. The heat and air business is very expensive and that’s not the issue... it’s the expectation when you pay thousands of dollars. Very very disappointed and wish we had gone with another company.
This is the best heating and air company I have dealt with the lady at the office was wonderful the installers were efficient and professional great staff I will continue business with them.
This company and owner are the most HONEST, RELIABLE, and TRUSTED person I have meet I was referred to them and I'm now wanting to recommend them to anyone and everyone, they will not dissatisfied you any way, there prices are CORRECT and there work and care for the consumer is EXCEPTIONAL .
