Men at Work has been amazing to work with. They installed a Fujitsu heat pump system at my house and have always been there since to help me out with some maintenance items. Highly recommend you consider them for your future HVAC install or service!
Update 1/4/23- I just used them again and they are 5 stars all around. Great response and so helpful. It is such a relief to have a place to call that I know values you and is trustworthy. Amazing. I called Men at Work to preform service on my Navian combo boiler/ hot water heater. They first came out at looked the unit over to see what it needed and we scheduled the service. The technician arrived promptly and all the work was done very efficiently and quickly. I can't recommend this company enough. Friendly, timely, cost-effective and they know what they are doing.
My AC went out and Shaun came out that day. Turns out, after eliminating any other possibilities, I needed a new system. It was about 30 years old! Shaun rearranged some things to get my AC in the next day. So thankful since it was the hottest, most humid time of the year! He did such a great job and explained everything to me. I know I have someone I can trust that will take good care of me. I highly recommend him!
AC wasn’t working. 6:30 am I left a voicemail 8:40 am appointment is set for the same day 3:10 pm tech arrives 3:30 pm problem is identified and solved 3:35 pm we pay a very reasonable fee Thanks! Will call again, but hopefully not too soon…
This company is very responsive and detail oriented. The owner and his wife are highly skilled and professional and always have an affordable price and they dont cut corners in their work. I am very happy with this company and they are honest, that is a rare find. Thank you
Jessica was great over the phone. Very helpful, kind, and professional. Shawn lives up to the hype. He is professional, kind, informative, and fun to have around. I had them over for a routine biannual maintenance. 1st time. He informed me of some problem areas such as insulation, bathroom exhaust vent, filter size, and lack of moisture switch in the drip pan. He also did a thorough job cleaning out my coil outside. If you have not had this done believe me, you need to. I normally spray mine out with the hose a couple times a year but never took the cover off. It needed it. It was disgusting in there. When all was said and done I believe I have more knowledge, a cleaner better running system, and confidence in my new HVAC company. Thank you Shawn and Jessica! God bless you and yours!

These guys are awesome! I totally trust them. My furnace is about 30 years old and they don’t pressure me to buy a new one. Shawn has come out a few times over the years and he is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to explain and show me exactly what is wrong. They were very professional, showed up on time, and they are reasonably priced. They do quality work, with Shawn and John you are in good hands. I told them when they put in furnace, it seemed too loud. I was told just unit. Called office, told seems loud. Had them check furnace for the next winter, asked why so loud, he said didn’t know, I said you all put in, he didn’t know this.I called office and said loud and didn’t seem to start well. They said we don’t work with your warranty anymore. I now know motor was bad for 2 years,smells like burning wires , I was told, not sealed properly and gas line up against hot pipe. These people do not know what they are doing!
Installed a new ac for us. They did a wonderful job and got it done in one day. System works great and everything looks wonderful. Very happy with the service and the guys who did the work. The only downside is my wife is giving me frostbite because she wants it so cold in the bedroom.

If you want a trustworthy company, this is your place. They fixed a problem for me quickly when we were being told we needed a new furnace by another company. It's nice to know that there are good people in this world that truly care about their job and others.

After dealing with another local company who charged me a diagnostic fee twice in one week when their first visit didn’t resolve the issue fully, my friend recommended Men at Work. Not only were they quick to fit me in last minute (and during a holiday week!), Shawn was knowledgeable and honest throughout the diagnostic process! I appreciated that he didn’t try to push a new furnace on me or any other extras like the other company. I definitely recommend! Thankful to have a working furnace for the new year!
