I’ve used Mega A/C for several years now they are truly the BEST A/C company I’ve ever used.
Juan Enrique was referred to me by 2 friends. He came to my rescue today when my downstairs heating unit stopped working and my living room was 59 degrees. He arrived within 1 hour and returned later in the day when my furnace stopped working again. He figured out what the problem was, was patient answering all my questions, and did not overcharge me considering it’s almost Christmas and we’re in the midst of a hard freeze. Very nice man and I highly recommend him!

As a home owner you always dread the ac going out especially in peak heat of Houston. This has occured to me twice over the years and Mega A/C has promptly worked me into their schedule with professional service. They explain what they are testing without upsell or fear mongering and have been quite affordable. First issue was few years ago fan motor went out July 3rd and was resolved July 5th because parts were not immediately available. Recently I had the Capacitor go out and they were able to fix same day. I've heard plenty of stories from others that companies doomsday upsale that once something breaks you need to look at complete replacement. I know my unit is getting older and that may occur in the future but I have comple faith Mega A/C will give me an honest assessment when that time comes.
Called at at 8:30am was here within 1hr fix my problem fast and had my ac back up and running after being down for one day and a half wish I had his number first. They do a great job very honest and affordable.
I was referred to Mega A/C by someone who previously used their services. Enrique came immediately because the a/c vent cover was hanging from the ceiling. As a temporary fix, he secured it with screws and told me what size to order as a replacement. A few days later, his wonderful assistants, Josh and Sebastian, showed up to install it. They even swept the area after they finished. To my complete surprise, the services were FREE! Enrique stated that it is his business practice to provide a free service each month to a customer. I was the lucky customer in June.
Enrique was prompt with his response. He diagnosed the problem right away. He was quick to install new AC for us. Did not have to bear this Texas heat longer. He is very punctual and reasonable. I trust him. He is the best.
Enrique Mendez and Kevin offers SUPERIOR A/C repair service. Extreme variance between thermostat and temperature reading. In addition, hose/system frozen. Previous, A/C company misdiagnosed and was going to charge extreme rates for a thermal expansion valve. In attempts to get my family to purchase a new unit. Enrique was honest, ethical, and fair with the costs of his services and diagnostic of my A/C unit. Enrique actually showed me in the attic that the damper was closed. I am a REALTOR that will refer all of my love ones, Colleagues, to Mega A/C (Enrique)
Owner himself is very honest, does not try to cheat you like the other guys. Have since referred him to several of my family member however as of recent, I have had nothing but complains from people who I have referred him to.seems like he has since expanded and have hired a few dishonest employees, especially the Asian one. One time, a client had an issue and Enrique came out himself, was a minor fix with a blown fuse and the client set up an appointment for maintenance. Appointment time came and went and a few days later, the ac quit. Client called them back and somehow the motor is now bad pperhis employee, this will cost her 5000+ to fix. Crazy thing is nothing was wrong with the ac before his sent his people out for regular maintenance. Second time with another client, came out for a routine maintenance, and somehow his tech came back and stated the capacitor was bad and that he replaced it. Mind you, capacitor was replaced without the clients concent. Though it was within the client's right to refuse him payment, she decided to go and make payment but vowed to never his mega ac services again. Just like that, 3 clients lost of which includes me. Might just be 3 clients at the moment, but I hope this review helps others make a better decision, if Enrique himself is not doing the work, don't trust no other person he sends because they are nothing but thiefs
Enrique and his guys are the BEST! They are dependable and have good service but what you will not find anywhere else is HONESTY!! They are above and beyond compare We are customers for life!! They even service my son’s home!!

Mega AC came in with the lowest estimate and blew me away by their level of workmanship. No detail in the attic was overlooked. The system was top notch, well laid out and modern. They were professional, and most importantly for me, they did an excellent job at a great price.

Due to the hard winter storm, we had some error code on our Trane system. I called numerous different companies, which obviously were very busy, but Enrique responded very quickly, was over at the house within an hour or so, and fixed the problem. More importantly, his price was VERY reasonable considering the circumstance all are in right now. Appreciate it very much......
Our unit stopped working on Saturday night called Enrique fist thing I received his information from the Nextdoor app. He was fast getting to my house, reasonable price, fast and polite. Thank you for your service.
My A/C control panel went down after 5:00pm due to a power surge but Enrique Mendez came by and fixed our issue without charging some crazy fee! He actually took time to show me what all was wrong and didn't try to sell me on something we didn't need. We originally found Mega A/C after reading glowing reviews on our neighborhood site. Enrique didn't disappoint! Thank you sir!!!
