I will like to thank El so much, he is a very communicative person & punctual literally arrives when he says he will, he is very patient and answered every question we had he is bilingual which is great he communicated with my non English speaking parents and he explained everything that was happening to the H Vac I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MAN
These are great. Super reasonably priced. Responsive. Practical. Definitely recommend. Had them replace my entire HVAC system in the middle of winter. A nightmare but they were great!

Fantastic company to work with! El is very knowledgeable, thoughtful and efficient! My brand new high efficiency furnace had leak, 1st company came and wanted to charge $$$$ to replaced inducer motor, El was able to quickly diagnose and found the problem was the clamp securing the rubber coupling to the induce motor was loose from the factory which caused condensation to seep though, and the inducer motor is perfectly fine. If you are looking for an honest company to work with look no further and give EL a call!
I recently had a wonderful experience with El, at Med Air Pro. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He was referred by a friend and called me immediately to set up a time for an estimate on a Monday evening. By Friday I had my new furnace and AC. I was also incredibly impressed with their great prices! I highly recommend them for all your heating and air conditioning needs. El is the best!!

No hesitation to the 5 star review. El is on time, to his word, professional , and even registered my HVAC equipment for warranty before I even thought about it to make sure I was covered in the future. Med Air Pros are truly the best at what they do so don’t even bother looking around for others. I’ll go to Med Air for everything from this point on. 10/10, 5 stars, A+ !!!!!!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. They showed up early, didn't charge weekend rates, and didn't sell me on a major unnecessary repair that were not required. Very courteous and professional. I would recommend them to my friends and family members. Also, he treated me like my issues was urgent and important. My furnace stopped working in the middle of the night with very low outside temperatures. He made it a priority as soon as I called. Also was willing to come back at any time if needed or if there were additional issues. Great company that cares about their customers. Good work!
My heater broke last weekI called a gentleman by the name Mahjoub responded quickly. He scheduled me between his appointments, fix my heater and i did not have to replace my whole unit very professional and honest person
Furnace on the fritz over holidays. El was responsive, capable and calming in a stressful situation. He returned to diagnose/address varying issues and gave fair pricing, applying previous fees toward new work. I will contact Med Air again for other work.

El was fantastic! My furnace stopped working while I was on vacation and he was available to help right away. He makes a point of walking you through everything that he's doing which I really appreciated. He was happy to teach me quite a bit about my furnace and what to try/look for in the future if I have any problems. When I decided to replace the furnace, El was able to quote me prices quickly and got it installed within 2 days. All at a very reasonable price! I will definitely be using Med Air PRo going forward.
