MechPros was very response to my request for wellness check on air conditioning and heating system. Paul was very courteous and was kind enough to change the furnace filters for me. Kate kept me informed of Paul's arrival. MechPros is an excellent company to deal with. I will be contacting them for replacement of the blower voltage regulator (whatever that is, but I know that they will explain everything to me). This is a company that you can trust! Thank you MechPros!
The experience we had with MechPros was excellent from beginning to end. Kate was helpful, pleasant and super efficient. She got us scheduled and was very communicative through the process. Paul did the work on our unit. He was terrific. He was super knowledgeable, honest about what we needed and very nice.

Had them come out to advise in setting up a smart thermostat for dual fuel setup. I had spent considerable time researching options and was mystified by what I needed. Their tech was able to look at my dual fuel configuration, wiring setup and install and Ecobee that day. I had been quoted 2x from another company to install a smart thermostat sight unseen and several others wanted to charge me to come out to take a look. These guys did not charge me to come out and were equipped to install that day.

I had the opportunity to have these guys install a new unit at my rented home and they were phenomenal from start to finish. I was opportune to speak to Kate and Paul who are really nice people. The guys that came to install were highly professional, courteous and great to work with. They started the job right away and provided periodic updates and recommendations. I would highly recommend this establishment for work. I would give them a rating of 10 out of 10.
WOW! I'm so impressed by Mechpros... they were so polite, friendly, funny, knowledgeable, hard working, and really took GREAT care of me and my place. I appreciate them so much for fixing my AC. I had a previous company come out three times, and they still couldn't find the problem. Wanted me to just buy a whole new AC unit for over $13,000. Mechpros is so trustworthy and KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! I will definitely be calling them again for any future issues. Highly recommend.
Paul and his team of experts have been nothing short of phenomenal. We use them for our personal work, friends, family and clients of Rob’s odd jobs. Every customer I’ve referred him to was 100% satisfied. He’s not about making profits- he’s about building relationships. Taking a lot of his valuable time to offer free advice, consultations, diagnostics and ensuring that customers are taken care of and stay safe and healthy inside their homes- my clients heater went out on a cold winter night and I couldn’t figure it out. He was on the phone walking them through a diagnostics very late into the evening to get them back up and running into “emergency heat mode” I truly can’t say enough great things about them- now if he could only clone himself…
Paul is the best! We have an old HVAC system and he's saved us multiple times during a heat wave. He's very knowledgeable and very responsive. He's our to go guy!

MechPros came to my home to diagnose why my AC was not functioning correctly. They were able to find the issue and correct it extremely quickly. I was honestly very impressed with the service they provided.
I had a different company come out to fix my ac unit they said they did we continued to have problems I then called MechPro they came out and literally showed us what the problem was I needed a new unit they were able to do it in a very timely manner and very cost effective. All employees were Very professional they made sure everything was cleaned up and I was satisfied before leaving. We will NOT use anyone else from here on in. Thank you MechPro
We have been using MechPros for years. They are always on time, courteous, professional and fair in price. Paul has also walked myself and my husband through minor mishaps over the phone. He is always patient and takes the time to explain what is wrong or what he feels is the best course of action to make our systems perform at their peak.
