RJ, my tech, is very personable, knowledgeable, and thorough, he found a slow leak. He nicely took the time to explain exactly what was going on and the options, including the costs for the options.
3 man crew arrived at my house about 6AM and removed and replaced Fce/AC. The AC unit was started up and running before 11AM. They took all the old Fce/AC and duct work with them when they left.
Came over to investigate if dishwasher could be set back farther

After calling the ppl who originally installed/covered warranty repairs to the HVAC to do a twice-yearly system tune-up and were given a date 4 months out, I asked around and MechaniCool was recommended. They gave me a date 4 days out!

They were very prompt and very knowledgeable and they were very kind and courteous and explained everything to me before doing it and afterwards. Harris was the guy that worked on my air-conditioning and explained everything that need to be done and the prices. I would use them again and had used them last year too. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.
