Janelle scheduled & confirmed my appointment. I met Brayton today just before a winter storm. He diagnosed my issue, provided an explanation in simple terms & fixed it, all in a timely manner. MECHANICAL was referred to me & now I feel confident referring them to others! GREAT EXPERIENCE
Reached out 3 or 4 times, no one ever got back to me. Says a lot about a company.
Josh diagnosed and repaired our AC under our home Warranty. Had another company who I won’t mention but advertises A LoT tell us we needed all these repairs when it was just one repair. The other company basically quotes you the price of a new system and not to repair your system. Josh and the entire staff here were absolutely Fantastic. Always on time and so quick to do QUALITY work. I would and have absolutely recommend them for any work. Thank you for being a truly professional and ethical company.
Our AC unit went out and called our insurance come,they had them come out and take a look, DX the issue and had the part the next day. We were very impressed with how fast they were able to come back out and fix it.the other companies we have had to use in the past either came out took our money and never came back to repay the problem or took a week to fix it. Mechanical HVAC was the complete opposite and we are very happy with their service and if ever needed will be requesting to have them come back out.
The warranty company had them listed as one of the service companies available for heating repairs, and I agreed use them to fix a failed gas furnace heating system. Janelle was professional and friendly in scheduling the service for a two (2) hour window. Jeff, the technician, was punctual to call ahead, and showed up right on time. Jeff is a real pro, and a nice guy. He diagnosed the problem, obtain the parts and fixed the system within three hours. I highly recommend them.

After being in a 90 degrees house due to malfunctioning AC we were sent a another company by our Warrenty Co. that messed up our AC unit and thermostat! Then Brayden from Mechanical HVAC came when promised, fixed everything in a timely professional,knowledgeable manner..Very happy here! Thank you so much! Highly recommend. On Wednesday of this week our air conditioning unit stopped cooling. Having a Home Warranty company we called them to have someone come out to look at it. We have had various bad experiences with other repair places used by our Home Warranty company, so didn't think this would be different. My husband was given the phone number of Mechanical HVAC Services. After leaving an initial voicemail his call was quickly returned and an appointment was set up for Friday. On Thursday he received a call confirming the appointment. Friday morning he was called and told that, unfortunately, the technician would be a little later than promised. The technician, Andy, then called when he was on his way. He assessed the problem, set a temporary "fix" to start getting the house cooled, went back to his office and was back within a half hour with the right part for the repair. Excellent, professional service from the front desk to the technician. Highly recommend.
If I could leave a lower rating I would. This "company" quoted us a repair job then backed out. We called, texted, emailed and did not get any responses until the quote was out. Then they claim they can't do the job. STAY AWAY from these people.
Highly recommended. They just finished installing a new heat pump and air handler for me. The two gentlemen that installed it were on point! They were professional, courteous and thorough. This company was straight to the point and didn't try to up-sell me or anything. If your system needs repair or service, definitely give them a call.
I used this company because I had a home warranty and they worked with them. I was hoping the technicians would be knowledgeable and able to fix my heat! I was very happy with their service. The two young men who came out we’re very polite, professional and courteous. They also new HVAC systems! They had my heat up and running and I was extremely pleased. It was also a pleasure having them in my home. Highly recommend!
Coldest day of the year so far and my heat decides to stop working! I called this morning and they sent 2 guys out by lunch time. Janelle was very helpful with scheduling. Brayton and Andy were the technicians. They quickly figured out the problem and got everything working. Everyone was so nice and helpful. 5 stars!
I was referred to this company by American Home Shield. They were to give me a second opinion. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. A different company assessed my system and I was going to need to pay $900 out of pocket, for R22 refrigerant because they said I needed 10 lbs. Mechanical HVAC came to my home and said I didn’t have R22 and that I only needed 6 pounds. Their bill was $245 out of pocket. They saved me $645!!!! From office staff to technicians... Super honest!! Trustworthy!! Reliable!! On time!! Really nice!! Great to work with!!

I called my home warranty company to place a claim for issues with my heating unit and got a call from a technician within 30 minutes of placing that call. This is unheard of because it normally takes most contractor 48 just to call you back! The technician came to my house within an hour, examined my units and ordered the parts needed to get them repaired. Two days later another technician came to my house, within the window that I was given, and installed the parts in less than 10 minutes. I have never seen service like this before and would never consider using anyone else but them from now on! They did a great job!

I cannot say enough about this company and I have shared their info with multiple others when I see people asking for recommendations in the Raleigh area. The entire team is wonderful from the time you talk to them on the phone through the finish of the service call, and have even had them call to check on us. If you want to stick with someone you can trust, Mechanical HVAC Services is the company for you!
The whole team was great - very professional and thorough. It was refreshing to feel like we were a top priority.
Super service. Call in the afternoon. Spoke with the office to see when she could send someone out to take a look at my AC. She had someone just finishing up on a service call and they could stop by after that. They were here in 30 minutes. Brian and the guys fix my problem in no time then checked out the whole unit to make sure everything was working properly. I'll be sure to contact them again if I have any other issues.
