Paid $130 for a technician to come out and evaluate my system which needs a redesign and overhaul for efficiency. Waited over a week for the written quote and was never contacted. Had to reach out twice to get an answer on the estimate and finally told over the phone and without any writing or explanation of the cost "15-20k but we likely don't have the time in our schedule". Wow, thanks for wasting my time, Meacham. It would have been great if you could have told me that a week ago. First time I've tried to use them and I can't say I'd bother reaching out again. UPDATE: After posting this review and seeing Meacham's response where they own up to and admit their shortcomings in my case, I reached out to them via their website from to request a refund for the $139 I paid for an evaluation and quote that I never received in any official capacity. They have not responded. Seems they are interested in saving face in public but not in doing right by their unsatisfied customers. Be careful out there folks.
The service person was very nice and did his work in a very professional manner. He is a very good representative of the company. I would highly recommend Meacham's heating service.
Installed a Lennox central air system in my home. Install did look good in the house with no visible damage. Many issues with the system running properly. They came multiple times to resolve them. The system ran fine after all issues were resolved. When I needed service after the initial install thats when their true colors came out. They told me that I was out of their service area and would not service the system. Complained multiple times to the receptionist and she did nothing but become agitated and rude. Asked to speak with the owner (Mark) and every time I was told "he is in a meeting" and would call me back. Of course he never did. Its funny how they had no problem going out of their service area to take my 12k to install the system. Then when the time came to honor their commitment and service the system they pulled this pathetic excuse. I will never recommend using Meachum to anyone for any reason as I feel they are a very unethical company. If you do make sure you get a service contract in writing or they will do to you what they did to me and take the money and run.
Regular service of furnaces ahead of winter. Demarco Santana did a thorough and detailed checkout of all the equipment, tested, cleaned and serviced all components. Highly recommend them for any heating and cooling needs.
Demarco did a great job with this maintenance call. Efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. I am very happy with his work this morning.
I requested my bi annual maintenance along with installation of a WiFi thermostat I had purchased. My agent Ken arrived on time and completed the service and installation in a quick and efficient manner. I am very happy with Meacham and expect to remain their customer for some time to come.
Very punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable technician. This was the first time using Meacham’s (although highly recommended by a friend) and I will definitely use them again for my boiler cleaning.
Check my second review at end of this one. They were fast & efficient. Never felt like they were judging me...I know...an odd thing to like, but some service people come in like they are sizing you up. My old & sickly dog spit up my area rug & to my disbelief, the intern offered to clean it up. Yes, I'm elderly, but how very sweet of him. I , of course, told him that was my job. It's not in his job description! LOL Regardless, he helped me! That's going above and beyond! Great job with the maintenance cleaning! ➡Following year..2020. Once again a fast efficient service from Lanre. Friendly, but focused on doing a good job. Always happy with Meachum!
Jamie did an excellent job all around getting our water heater replaced. Meacham was pricey, but excellent responsiveness and quality work.
Lanre did a thorough job cleaning my mini-split. He took the interior unit apart to inspect and clean it plus, when requested, he cleaned the exterior of outside unit even though they don't normally do that. Lanre was professional and personable. He didn't mind my cats climbing his ladder or my bird squawking incessantly while he was cleaning.
Brian Kennedy and Meacham was amazing to work with. Brian and his team were very professional and answered every question and concern that we had. I would use them again without hesitation
Both the guys were on time and did a very good job. They cleaned up everything after they finished. We appreciated the service provided to us.

Mark was very knowledgeable and zeroed in our issue very quickly. We had the "installer" of our system try to find the issue a couple of months earlier and they were unsuccessful in diagnosing it. They only came up with an expensive solution (as opposed to the real solution that was covered by warranty). Thanks Mark.

I have a contract with Meacham and was worried their skeleton crew during COVID-19 quarantine would prevent repair of our leaking hot water heater, BUT Ken came within 24 hours, diagnosed the problem, and will replace the faulty pary tomorrow. Excellent service.
Jamie did an amazing job. I had a bit of a list for him and he diagnosed and tackled everything on it. He was very professional, kind and took the time to explain what the problem could be and how he was going to fix it. I highly recommend Meacham Companies, especially Jamie, for all your plumbing needs, I will 100% be using them again in the future!
They are very professional and courteous. The service technician was very good and quick with his job. A through professional and gentleman. He explained how to maintain the faucet and prevent future leaks.
