These people are frauds. Do your research and read the negative reviews. They are all right. The company reports lies to home warranty company and are so unprofessional.

MDT was assigned to us through our home warranty service. JR was the tech that performed a tune-up on our HVAC system. He was extremely friendly, efficient, on time, explained things to me in a way that I understood, and made me feel very comfortable about the whole experience. I would request him for any future heating or AC needs we might have in the future (plus our dog Jilly was very fond of him!)

Not sure where the bad reviews are from.. but, I had a great experience with this company. I put in MANY emergency calls with various different companies in the area two days ago (after hours on a Sunday) because my AC/HVAC stopped blowing cold air. MDT was the only company I could find success with, I made my appointment online and someone was at my place the next day, diagnosed the issue/part that needed to be replaced, explained my options in detail and the differences in pricing for specific parts. They came back today to install the part, and now I have nice COLD air again!! Mark & Ian were very helpful and educated me on how I should be taking care of my HVAC unit properly. So.. I recommend this company! (Signed a very satisfied 9 month pregnant lady, btw)!!

This company is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. My AC wasn’t working properly. I filed a claim with my home warranty and they assigned MDT as the contractor. Their tech came out and diagnosed the issue. They sent me an invoice for $540 for what would not be covered by the home warranty company. I scheduled the work. They were supposed to come out between 10am-2pm. I took the day off from work. At 1:40pm kelly the office manager calls to say that the tech was at the supplier and the supplier had the wrong part. We rescheduled for the next day between 12-4pm. Another day off from work. I asked if it could be closer to noon because I had somewhere to be in the afternoon. Kelly told me it would be right around noon. At 2:45 the tech shows up and has again the wrong part. I call the office and spoke with kelly again. I said seriously the wrong part again and she laughed and said yep. I asked for the owner. He got on the phone and said what. I said is that how you do business?? He proceeded to blame me for signing a contract with the home warranty company, blamed the home warranty company, blamed the supplier, blamed the manufacturer and finally blamed the company that installed the ac system ten years ago. I told him that he needs to take blame as they were the ones ordering the part. He told me he was not going to be “bitched at by some woman”. I told him to watch his language. He was rude and unprofessional. MDT was then supposed to call the home warranty and tell them what part to order. A week later I contact home warranty who told me MDT never contacted them with what part was needed. I call MDT and kelly was rude and offensive and told me they don’t work for me and to find someone else and hung up on me. I called back and spoke with Kathy who was pleasant and polite but was being screamed at by kelly to hang up the phone. My home warranty company sent out a new company who were wonderful and came out and diagnosed the issue and fixed it the same day

This company is not honest. They had a technician tell me one thing on site and then submitted something else to my Home Warranty company. Buyer Beware!!

Very happy with the customer service. The tech came out the next day and diagnosed the problem. Another company had previously been out and told us we needed a new unit. I spoke with the owner, Mark, for an extended period of time and he figured out a solution. He sent the same tech back the next day for the repair. The unit now works and I pray it continues to hold. Fingers crossed, but I know they are a phone call away. Because of the outstanding and professional customer service we received and problem resolution, we will request this company from our home warranty company for all heating and cooling repairs. They are an honest small business and go out of their way for their customers.

We had an estimate scheduled for today at 4pm. We were given this appointment when techs were sent out for an issue a few days prior. After no one came at 4pm for the appointment, my husband called. He was told they were on another call and weren't sure what time they would make it to us. The owner, Mark, called my husband about an hour after the appointment informing him that they don't give out one hour time windows for estimates, that our window was 4-8pm. My husband explained that time frame would not work for us so he would have never agreed to it. After a few other exchanges in conversation, Mark told my husband "I don't need your money". Apparently this company doesn't need to make money...so let's not give him any.
