Mike was awesome! Called him and showed up the next day and fixed our issue with our A/C. Will do business with them again.
Today I used the services of the MDM company, I will honestly say that I was very pleasantly surprised by their professionalism and approach to work. The handyman was very neat and polite, had all the means not to damage or pollute my property, and the tools he used were really modern. He did his job perfectly. The employees of this company are definitely professionals and I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and acquaintances.
Very prompt and thorough service! MDM investigated our furnace issue and was able to replace a part the same day. They additionally gave us recommendations for keeping the furnace going and keeping us warm. Very good at explaining issues and optimal performance for the Carrier.
Mike provides a thorough review and explanation of everything he is working on, so the customer is fully aware every step of the way. Extremely professional I've never had to call an HVAC guy to work on her home but after I eat one out I was absolutely just so blessed they can put to help us with our heating issue. Our home is nice and warm and toasty again. Thank you we'll be calling you again
My wife and I honestly could not have found a better company and repair technician than Mike from MDM. He was truly the God-send of a technician we needed. The previous repair technician didn’t get back to us or give us a quote, gave us the wrong diagnosis for our humidifier, and the prior technician configured our pipe and valve systems wrong. All of these things were fixed by Mike. The moment He stepped out of his van I knew there was something special about him and his company. Here are some highlights: 1. Mike was very friendly and responsive upon our first interaction via phone call. 2. Before stepping into our home, Mike put on plastic covers for his shoes without even asking us if it was ok. 3. Mike gave us a full diagnosis of not only what needed to be repaired in our humidifier ( which was ultimately replaced ), but also reworked valves and pipes that were incorrectly installed by the previous repair person, saving us time and money in future repairs. 4. He then out of curtesy explained to me how to elongate and preserve my water heater’s lifespan by flushing it periodically. He explained in detail what causes water heaters to break down then conducted a full flush of the heater as part of his service. 5. Mike wasn’t only a repair technician to us, he was a teacher, and I’ve never met a technician as passionate about his job as he was. He did a great job repiping and his welding jobs were superb. 6. He installed a humidifier control module in our central air system so that all rooms in our house could receive humidity, as opposed to just one room, which the previous repair technicians installed incorrectly. He was truly the best technician i’ve ever met and was very inspiring. I hope to be half as passionate and upright about my job and how I take care of customers in my career. Thanks Mike!

My furnace went down Christmas day. I tried to fix myself but was unable. Mike came out very quickly upon talking to me and went the extra mile to get my furnace working. Although the part was expensive because supplier charged extra to open up shop, Mike did not and was very fair
The amount of respect and knowledge that Mike, the owner, showed was impeccable! He is very knowledgeable and explains everything well. Certainly someone who can be trusted and won't try to sell you something unless you really need it! He explained everything he did as he did it and was up front and honest! I would recommend him to anyone who needs hvac work done!
Mike and his son are the guys when it comes to HVAC related issues, I ran into an emergency where I had no hot water running, got referred to them by my aunt and I’m glad I did, they came out that same day, diagnosed the issue and installed a brand new water heater! Execeptional,reliable,trustworthy and guaranteed service from these guys, highly recommended!
