Installers Pete and Ryan were very efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their customer contact skills were superb. Made me feel very comfortable when explaining the installation process and system details. Great team! Mcnallys is lucky to have them.
Angel called me a half hour before arriving. He was thorough. He also gave some great advice on how to get the most out of my unit and answered all my questions.
McNally's is a top quality company. Their salesman Craig walked us through the process of picking the right A/C unit for our needs and budget. He listened to our questions and took the time to answer them fully with plenty of information. Pete and Ryan showed up to do our install. They were courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They worked quickly and efficiently. They took the time to explain our new unit install process and gave us helpful ideas about maintaining our new unit. We will recommend McNally's to anyone. Evan from McNallys has been our service tech ever since we replaced our furnace/ac two years ago. He is always professional, prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Today he completed our summer season maintenance and was yet again professional and quick and made sure we are all set for the hot summer. 10/10 would recommend McNally’s and Evan for all heating and cooling needs.

Angel was a very professional and hands on guy. He explained everything in detail so I can understand. He helped me repair my humidifier while doing my yearly maintenance to my furnace. I will request Angel whenever I need service for my furnace.

Amazing service today! Jay came over to tune up our furnace and installed a purifier. Sick and tired of being sick and tired! Got on the maintenance plan as well so I don’t have to worry about scheduling anything anymore. Really great experience overall! Now I can tell people first-hand how great y’all are :)

Pete and Ryan did my install. On time, very friendly and very professional. Impressed with the quality of the installation. They even cleaned up existing gas line routing for me which makes the area in the room look so much nicer and roomy. From initial quoting with Lou, to the installation. I’m pretty happy so far.

Angel was outstanding! He was on-time, honest, and explained what service he provided.
I had Angel as our technician who completed our Furnace tune up and explained a few things that will help with longevity of the system. Our humidifier had reached its end of life and he was back the next day to replace it with an updated unit. Angel was very professional and informative.
