Sebastian was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. After dealing with our AC not working in our new build home for two summers in a row and never getting fixed I decided to call McNally’s. Sebastian was out to our home within hours and listened to all of my concerns. He stayed until the job was complete and my unit was working again. I will be giving my business to McNally’s going forward and requesting Sebastian.
My AC tech was Angel and I can say is, well done! From start to finish he was professional, respectful and efficient. Explained everything and double checked to make sure everything was working properly. Kudos to Angel!

The customer service at McNally's was wonderful and I was able to get an appointment the same day! Angel was courteous and prompt. He explained what was needed and even showed me that actual part that was a problem. I will definitely use McNally's again !

Extremely impressed with the service provided by McNally’s. From Lou DeConcilis, the comfort advisor to the three installation technicians, Tyler, Adam and Nick, we couldn’t have asked for more efficient and professional service! The staff that we spoke with over the phone was always polite and pleasant. All of the appointments were scheduled at our convenience and everyone arrived on time. We are more than pleased with our new furnace and air conditioning system and the cool technology that came with it. Thank you, McNally’s, for an excellent experience!
New to the area. Esteban was awesome. Honest and forthright. First time users and purchased a year of maintenance service bc I was THAT impressed. Very pleased.
I bought my AC and furnace from McNally’s and always ask for Esteban to do the maintenance checks on both units. Esteban’s experience and knowledge is obvious and he offers tips on how to best run the system. He always shows up in a friendly and professional manner. I feel confident that my AC and furnace will run well because of the attention Esteban has paid to them over the last 5 years.
After 10 years of wrestling with my AC unit I had to call someone. I am so happy with McNally's AC service. Esteban was early by 30 minutes and was very nice. I couldn't be happier with the service. He welcomed my questions and explained what went wrong. He said I will be needing a new AC unit but repaired mine in a way to last me another year so I could save for a new one, which I will have them install. Esteban got the AC working quick. He knew exactly what was wrong and took care of it, walking me through what he was doing as he worked on it. I am really happy and will use McNally for heating and AC always. They care about the customer and make sure things are right.
