Great customer service! Ray worked with my home warranty company on making sure I would be reimbursed for his services! He also walked me through the process of fixing my AC. I felt like I learned something and he was so nice! Would recommend McNair to anyone!
One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! I would highly encourage future customers to call this company. Ray was extremely educational and trustworthy when working on our furnace. He was willing to talk me through issues with the furnace and encouraged me to ask questions. I look forward to working with him in the future, he is truly a class act when it comes to customer service and furnace knowledge.
Excellent service all around! Professional, friendly, prompt, reasonable price. I was very impressed with the service and I've dealt with several heating and cooling companies in the past. Will be calling McNair for our heating and cooling needs from now on! Would definitely recommend!
Honest, respectful, helpful and going out of way to get things done. We had an air conditioning issue at night, Ray came to have a look at it at 9:30 pm and stayed till 11:00am. He followed up next day again and fixed the issue, he did all this over the weekend. Ray answered the phone, explained everything in detail and charged very very decent price. The best and honest customer service I have ever had in my life. I will make it a point to seek his help for all our future heating and air conditioning needs.
I highly recommend McNair Heating & Cooling! After their visit, my home was well balanced with heat which is helpful with our cold winters in Wisconsin. Great Experience! I've tried others in the past and by far this was the best experience! very personable, family oriented and does an excellent job of balancing the temperatures in each room in the house down to the last degree! i would highly recommend!
