Our air conditioning unit was not working efficiently. I called McMurrays HVAC and was pleasantly surprised that they could come out the same day. When our technician came, I was equally surprised that it was Mr. McMurray himself who came out to service us. He was very professional, fixed our problem and gave recommendations on what we should be doing to maintain our system. There was no attempt to upsell. Unlike many service providers, he came well within the appointed time frame and even called when he was on his way. We have nothing but good things to say about his professionalism and knowledge and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of HVAC services!!!

I received air duct cleaning and Chris, HVAC technician, founded mold so I had that remove too. Very nice guy who answered my questions. I would recommend this company.

Quick and professional service. I had an AC failure and reached out to McMurray's Heating and AC on Sunday morning. A few hours later everything was working again as expected.
The gentleman called me back while shopping. I proceeded to describe my problem and he placed me on mute while he talked to “another shopper”. Then took me off of mute after I’m like “hello” (noticing I’m on mute) so I can him wrapping up his conversation. After repeating what I said while on mute he cut me short. Telling me that he didn’t have availability for another 6 business days and before I could schedule the appointment told me “good luck to you boss” and hung up.
With 90 + degree days looming and the thermostat was dead! No air. We needed help! With an 85 yr old in the house concerns were great. Made a call to McMurrays, explained the situation and our situation was rectified within 3 hrs!!!! Most impressive was the expedient return call and excellent responsiveness. Service man was Friendly, knowledgeable of systems and made recommendations for future maintenence needs... but no pressure!! 10 plus for rating hands down. Thank you McMurray's for Excellency!!!!!!!!!

When our heat went out, I made a list of 11 local heating and a/c companies. After five calls, McMurray was the only one which appreciated that this was an emergency (to us) and sent someone that afternoon. Turned out our entire HVAC system had to be replaced. Mr. McMurray worked with us to find financing to replace the system. The technician was highly competent, professional and easy to work with. They showed up on time and installed better system than we had before. We are very grateful for what they did for us.
During the coldest days of winter my furnace decided it had run its course. I called McMurray's Heating and AC, holding my breath knowing that supply chain challenges could impact the availability of units. It was a challenge, but the owner Lynwood somehow pulled a genie out of the bottle. The space where the unit is tight, right next to my water heater, yet they again performed magic in removing the old and installing the new unit. They were totally professional and very competent. I highly recommend McMurray's Heating and AC. 💯
McMurray’s came to my house and explained to me the process before cleaning ducts and vents. They did an excellent job and I recommend this company to friends and family.

I have used McMurrays twice. Both times they were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly they resolved my problem. They take the time to explain things. They just ran several diagnostic tests to figure out the real reason our A/C system was not performing as well as it used to, rather than the one I suspected. House is now cool even though it is 95 degrees outside.
Such a pleasure to do business with McMurrarys. Made a call regarding the AC unit not cooling and a technician was sent out the following to access the issue. Was provided with a quote, pictures of the issue, and the options to fix now and what also could be done in the future. The decision to resolve the issue as a whole was no problem at all. McMurrays was right on the job and had the new HVAC system ordered and installed all within a matter of seven days. Very professional, knowledgeable, and excellent customer service.
