Been a couple years and still having trouble with he has done. Everything they did was wrong. Never could get them back to fix what was wrong. Definitely not do not recommend at all. Better off doing it yourself
DO NOT HIRE! And I am a licensed real estate agent. Sherman seems nice but is terrible at communication. He canceled numerous appointments and we remained with no ac or heat for our dual zone system after wasting our time with waiting on them.
We got Sherman's information from a contractor. He was a nice guy, but the AC starting making a terrible noise after several days. Turns out, he isn't replying texts, emails and apparently blocked our number. I wish I would have looked at reviews before going with him, but I trusted the contractor.
We love the service and professionals that work for McKown. The service is almost too good to be true and the response time is FAST!
Sherman is really nice. The price is excellent and the equipment is top notch. Daiken is the brand we have which has a great warranty and product reviews. Keep up the great work!
Communication skills are subpar. We've had to call and text numerous times over the span of 2 months because more than 10 appointments were missed and no one notified us, nor followed up to reschedule within a week each and every time. The job still is not done and they refuse to call, text, or finish the job. It has almost been 2 months and they continue to play games and lie to us with appointment dates they refuse to show up to.
DO NOT HIRE. If you get the chance to hire these guys, do not hire Sherman. I hired them for a simple install, they gave me a date they were coming, they never showed up. I called and texted to see what was up and he did not reply for a week, then we rescheduled and the same thing happened. This continued for 5 confirmed appointments. Then after he sent a guy out to do it, the guy did half the job and said "if you have any issues, give us a call and we will fix it. I didn't hook up a pipe I saw because I didn't know what it was going to." So not a day later, my house doesn't get water in one half and my sprinkler system was also not working. The pipes he didn't connect were just that. I call and let them know. Of choose they didn't pick up the phone. I get a call a week later with a confirmed date and time. No one came out that day or called. I ring them up. Same thing again, no one answers texts or phone calls. Eventually, I got a confirmed appointment and time, I texted them reminders the day before and day of, well in advance and still no one shows up. This has been the most unprofessional working group of people I've ever had to deal with and I plan on getting my money back to have a professional come and redo the job. This whole thing started before quarantine and their professionalism has stayed poor throughout. The game changer here would have been communication. DO NOT HIRE
Sherman was having to deal with a defective gaspak which another company installed, but he happened to take over the company. He had gone totally up and above extra work to get us heat. His crew could not have been any nicer and I strongly recommend Sherman.
I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. They came to my home numerous times and still haven’t fixed the problem. Don’t waste your time or money dealing with this company.
