Excellent service
My air conditioner went out Sunday night. I called David Monday morning. He came over in less than 2 hours . I was in need of a new unit and he rearranged his schedule to have one installed the next day. He also came up with a temporary way to keep my old unit running in order for me to have air overnight . He went above and beyond to help me . He truly cares about his customers and exemplifies what real customer service is all about.
My AC quick working overnight. David was out there within an hour of the call to inspect and was very knowledgeable on what was going on. This was Friday afternoon, after explaining the issue we decided a new system was needed. His crew was there Saturday morning right on time at 8AM to do a complete AC system replacement. Would highly recommend David for any of your HVAC needs.
David and team were thorough right from the time they inspected and did the work of installation. The crew was very efficient, knowledgeable and did a brilliant job. The best company caring for people for the product and services. Highly recommend them
Very disappointed no communication and the first visit cost five times more than I pay for visit before...my system never got fixed...not recommended
Did great at my business and at my house. Amazing job. Had a problem and needed quick help before my animals froze. I called David and he took me in the same day and found a lot of issues with my heating unit. Then since I also own a pet resort in Frisco I asked him if he could come by the next day to swap out some thermostats for me. He came by and did a awesome job as usual. I will be using him a lot in the future if I have any issues.

We had a power surge due to a very close lightning strike. We had an electrician tell us we needed to have an HVAC individual out, David was recommended by a friend. He communicated with us quickly, told us a time frame and got to work quickly to diagnose the problem. Once the initial issue was resolved and we were up and running again he went the extra mile to check over the other parts of the system just to put my mind at ease while answering all our questions. He is now our “AC guy” and will be the one we recommend to others. Thanks David.
You know how your AC has ESP and just *knows* to quit on a Sunday night at 8pm, when it's 96 out? It was that kind of night. And I called my usual AC guy, who I love, but when he said 3 days I was like, "Oh He** No!" So, a friend referred me to McKinney AC and Heating because he had just come to her home ON a Sunday for no extra charge (!) with no effort to upsell (!!) and got her all fixed up that day (!!!) I called, he swung by on his way back to McK and it was like a magic old friend came by. I have a new favorite AC guy now <3 100% recommend. Honest, fun, personable, the whole enchilada.

I share the same experience and was also impressed by their friendly attitudes and prompt service. One of the best professional experience I have ever had. David walked in listened to the issue, went to the unit to and diagnosed the problem. Within 15 minutes he was already wrapping up the job of clearing a clogged drain and cleaning the air coils. Great business owner and proud of his work. David does not leave behind business cards, but a way to solve the issue yourself next time. Don’t hesitate to call these guys, and if your lucky enough he will be wearing a Hawaiian shirt.

Where shall I begin? I am very pleased with this company....First off I can start by saying Mr. David ( DJ) won me over with his Friendliness and Awesome Sense of Humor. Funny Guy! Mr. DJ is Very Professional, Punctual and A Man Of His Word! Let's Not Forget Very Reasonable! Our AC/ Heating Unit went completely out....Had to have a New AC/Heating Unit Installed. Pretty much expected since my husband and I been in our home over 10 + years and the freeze we had in Jan 2021 just helped our unit kick the bucket....And of course things happens at the wrong time right...Long story short....Mr. DJ gave us the best price out of several quotes.....Was here today on time, bright and early with his crew as told. I can't say enough about this company...My husband and I received hard working guys, exceptional service and a few laughs as they worked....He doubled checked everything to make sure our New Unit was running great and it is! IF YOU DON'T USE HIM....YOU ARE MISSING OUT! My Husband and I are pleased with his work....We received a 10 year warranty with an extra 2 year labor warranty on top of that....Hopefully no more nose bleeds for my son since they installed a bigger unit than the unit that originally came with our home that didn't cool one side of our house....MCKINNEY AC and HEATING COMPANY definitely took care of that... Highly recommend McKinney AC and Heating. Not only were they extremely personable and friendly, but they were also quick. We needed a whole new unit and they got the new unit within days and installed it in just a couple of hours. They were great to work with!

David came out on Saturday night, right before a major holiday. He answered my call himself and was there in under an hour. He fixed the A/C quickly and our renter was thrilled with his friendly service. We were thrilled with the price, the communication, and the quality of the service. We will be using him again. For the last five years since I moved into my place, DJ and his crew at McKinney AC & Heating have been my saviors. I’ve needed quite a few repairs over time. Sometimes in winter, sometimes in summer (summer is the worst.) Every single time I called, they were there for me immediately when It really counted and had a technician on site without delay. When it was time to upgrade and make an investment in my home, there was only one company to call. In only a few hours, the crew from McKinney AC & Heating had a brand new system installed and running like a Ferrari. Everything works perfectly, and the job-site was so immaculate I couldn’t even tell they were there. I could not be happier with their service and would recommend McKinney AC & Heating without hesitation.
