Tom has been more than great to us. Our pressure tank ruptured causing a huge insurance claim (tank was here when we purchased our home). Tom has worked with our insurance company to return our house to way better than before condition as far as equipment is concerned. He is advising what we need to do to keep this from every happening again. Tom has went above and beyond as far as responsiveness and caring. We will use him for anything that involves plumbing or HVAC for the foreseeable future. Thank you Tom.
He installed an A/C for me. Helped me freebie which unit to buy online (big sale) but I bought the internal coil from him as his price was competitive. He was always responsive when I called, showed up on time, and did a quality job. He and his assistant were both friendly.
Tom Mckenzie has been our plumber and HVAC guy for almost 20 years. He has done excellent work for us on three home remodeling projects. He has installed sinks, toilets, bathtubs, heaters, hot water tanks, faucets, etc. he has performed routine maintenance on our heaters and air conditions and has made excellent repairs when necessary. Tom has always been reliable and honest. He Also does work for many of my friends and they have called and thanked me for referring him to them. Tom is an EXCELLENT technician. He is our ONLY CHOICE when it comes to plumbing and HVAC services.
Used him when he worked for another company he lead me to believe that he was the owner of that company. He proceeded to do a horrible job on my install knowing I wanted to finish my basement after repeatedly letting him know that then hid all of my complaints to the real owner of the company so it was never fixed and we are going to have to pay a second time to get it installed correctly. Steer clear and go with a company that is known and we'll respected.
