Terrell was wonderful to work with. He was responsive and prompt with my needs. Made reasonable recommendations with no high pressure sales and got me back on my feet. Highly recommended. He is my ONLY A/C guy.
Called after hours about a furnace issue, prompt response. Came first thing the next day, quickly identified the problem. Had everything with him that was needed and was done in an hour. Highly recommend!

I was undecided about leaving a comment but people need to know when they look for a heating and cooling person that McKenny company I highly recommend. Customer service fantastic very pleasant and helpful. Everyone during the time I was calling around was extremely busy and couldn’t get to me until the following week but I keep scrolling and I seen a comment that one of my old neighbors left about McKenny so I called and everything she said about him she was absolutely right! So that been said he was busy but he did stop bye to see what was the problem and I needed a part so he ordered my part and put me in his rotation I couldn’t ask for nothing more because it wasn’t a emergency situation.
McKenny Services came right out to repair my central air. Very professional and did not take a lot of time to repair it. Also it is the Friday before the 4th of July and a lot of companies closed early or I had to wait until the next day. He took care of us. Highly recommended!!
