Our house had been battling AC issues since last year. Well yesterday it finally quit and our house was 90 degrees inside. After a recommendation from a neighbor, I decided to call McGarrett out of the 7,893 other options out there. Steve came same day and worked out in the direct sun. Found, fixed, and offered a solution with ZERO OVERSELLING all in about 10 min. Straight and stand up guy. Funny and very friendly to boot out in the heat. Will keep his info saved for sure!

Had McGarrett AC and Heating come and perform a system check on both our AC units before the temps sore. Feel great knowing the units are ready to go. They were prompt and do a great job communicating everything they find and what you need to keep your units running optimally. I can’t recommend this company more!!
Steve was very patient and answered all my questions. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and how my HVAC system works. This was invaluable for a first time homeowner.
We had to replace our own a/c system, and I mean the entire system - Furnace, evaporator coil, and condensing unit (mostly due to age, but it had a few costly issues it needed and it just wasn’t very efficient anymore). So we had a new 5 Ton, 14 SEER, R410A, Goodman/Daikin system installed by the guy’s… and they did a GREAT job installing everything!! The HVAC looks and runs fantastic!! Super happy with how fast it pulls down the house, and that means $$$ saved! 👍 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️‘S!!

I just want to start off by saying, there is nothing like good business! McGarrett truly been a blessing to our small business. The owner went out of his way to explain what he was doing, he explained why he was doing it. I was hesitant at first because I was like this can’t be true, people just don’t do good business like this anymore. There has to be a catch but I can honestly say he showed me his heart and he is a very kind patient and dedicated man. He gave us a great deal kinda made me want to ask him if he takes tips lol so here is my tip, if u have a/c trouble of any short, this is your company! Thanks again for everything we would be stuck out if it wasn’t for y’all. From the first phone call to the very professional and kind young lady in the office to sending my payment. Very knowledgeable, no run around kicked it to me straight even when he wasn’t sure if I was gonna like it. He new what it was and what I needed to be told and followed threw each step. My barber shops slogan is Lather and Fade “where everyone is treated like family” well that should be there’s too. EVEN IN THE COLD THEY WHERE OUT THERE MAKING SURE OUR BUSINESS MADE IT THREW!!!!! I was very pleased 🙏🏻 and will be referring y’all to all my family and friends and local small business owner I know. 💯 Again thank you !!!!!
I had Steve come out yesterday for a pre winter inspection. It is so refreshing to see such honesty, integrity and professionalism in a business. I rest easy now knowing I have this company to depend on for all future needs. I highly recommend Steve & his company to take care of any and all AC / Furnace needs!
We just had McGarrett A/C & Heating replace our AC unit. Steve was extremely professional, knew what he was doing and made the whole situation easy to handle. he gave us a reasonable quote and was able to get out unit replaced within a week, During that week he managed to keep our old unit running. I would highly recommend him and will be using him again when the furnace expires. ,A! price, work, and professionalism
Arrived after hours on a Friday and was incredibly professional and friendly! Has a passion for helping people when in need! Prices are reasonable and fair. Actually saved me a ton of money that I was quoted by another AC Company that said it was going to cost a lot more. Steve arrived and it was a simple fix to get our AC running ice cold within 30 minutes! Thank you to Mcgarrett AC for being out there!
Steve came out and did the annual maintenance on my 2 units - the units had been making a vibrating noise and he narrowed it down to the lines to the outside units being pushed against the wall which likely happened when other work was being done close by the units. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company!
Absolute integrity and honesty since the day I met him. He is always prompt, thorough, and fair with pricing. The job is always done right the first time and the office staff is nice as can be. I highly recommend this man to fix your AC.

From beginning to end, the service was impeccable! Steve came highly recommended by a trusted friend and I am so fortunate to have met him. I was very impressed with the professionalism from both Steve and Kaylei, the AMAZING office manager. My calls were always answered and they kept in touch every step of the way, no matter how late or early it was. Even with their overwhelming schedule of clients, I never felt ignored and was accommodated quickly! With this early heat for Spring I was soooo grateful to both of them. The work was completed quickly AND thoroughly and all of my A/C issues were addressed. Best part was that everything was explained clearly and I never felt pressured to do something I didn't want to. There were always clear and honest options for me to choose from and that fit my needs as well as my budget. Hands down, THE BEST CHOICE for your A/C or Heating needs! Company was quick to respond to my problem with my a/c. I thought that everyone I spoke to was very professional as well as personable. Steve arrived on time and explained what had to be done and went straight away to fix the issue. I would recommend this company without any hesitations.
