Terrible service, unqualified technician and very poor attitude both from the "technician" and the office woman. So many better options out there. Not only do these guys not have the skills and knowledge, but they try to cover that by using fancy words and a "I don't have time to deal with this" attitude.
Our A/C unit and HVAC needed significant repairs, cleaning and maintenance right in the beginning of these hot summer months. There was a part needed that MCE Plus did not currently have in stock, but Julia was very kind, proficient and professional in ensuring that they could help us. She was able to locate and order us the part in a timely manner, as well as give us a reasonable quote. As soon as the part was delivered to the office a few days later, we received a call from Julia to set up a time for the repair. On the day of service, Richard arrived on-time and was prepared to tackle the job. Though he was alone and it was a significant repair, he worked hard to get our A/C up and running as quickly as possible. He was very courteous and efficient. I also really liked that the app from your phone kept you up-to-date regarding timelines of when to expect your technician. Overall, we feel MCE Plus did a quality job and we plan to use them again in the future. Thanks again Julia and Richard!

Great service. Very prompt, arrived 30 minutes into the window provided. Diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue quickly. Provided explanations as he went and was patient in regards to my questions.
Got me in next day and addressed the issue in under an hour
Really surprised how fast they could get someone out to look at my AC. Tech was tidy, polite, and professional. They also use an app to track the service call and eta!
American Home Shield sent them as a second opinion company. The original one refused to touch the furnace, tried to sell me a maintenance contract and told me the problem was the heat sensor that needed to be cleaned. I refused to pay them extra for cleaning the sensor and called another company to clean it. Once the sensor was cleaned, the problem still persisted. I then opened a recall at AHS and they sent me this company. The technician was very competent, debugged the problem and replaced the faulty part, the motherboard. It had nothing to do with the original company’s diagnostic. I do recommend this company and I hope AHS sends them my way next time I need service.

Mike was awesome. Came out, figured out the problem, went and got what he needed and then fixed the problem. This was the second plumbing company that came out and the first didn't want to work that day and said it'd be a couple of days to get the stuff needed. Mike on the other hand fixed it same day. Will use them again.
