After going through a lot of HVAC folks in the Salt Lake area, Tyler is the winner. He does a complete analysis of the home vs. the competition just guesses. If you really want to find out why you have heat spots or cold spots within you home, or if you are building a home and want the HVAC designed correctly, I have not found a better person than McCubbin Mechanical. Be prepared for a high level of HVAC consulting and analysis.

Tyler came to my apartment for a maintenance request. He happened to come at 8pm after he’d already had a long day which I felt really bad about. I was so grateful he fixed the furnace and made sure everything worked before he left. He obviously knows what he’s doing and was super friendly to me and my 3 year old. I’ll recommend this business to anyone who needs their furnace fixed. Thank you!

Tyler installed a new thermostat for me. It was obvious he knew what he was doing and cared about the quality of his work. He spent time after it was installed making sure the furnace was responding correctly before he left. I highly recommend him. He is professional and friendly, and I will be calling him for any future issues.
Really glad to find a professional like Tyler. He was thorough diagnosing the problem and didn't try to bully us into an up sell. He fixed the problem the same day and explained everything he did.

Our AC went out late on a Friday, in the middle of this 100 degree heat wave. I called Tyler at McCubbin Mechanical early Saturday morning and he was here later that day. He stayed until it was finished, late into a Saturday evening and made sure our AC was up and running. Not only is it up and running again but I feel it is functioning better than before. I had to adjust my thermostat up a couple of degrees. I would recommend McCubbin Mechanical for all your HVAC needs.

Tyler responded to me very quickly and seemed to want to make contact with me to take care of my A/C issues. He even responded late at night which I know that is something that most people don't do. There was no real pressure to upgrade and replace the system I have, even though I need to very soon. It will need to be replaced soon and I will defiantly be calling him back to do that. Great customer service and highly recommend him.
Tyler was awesome to work with. We had a very old furnace and AC unit and Tyler was able to come to us and offered several options and helped us choose what would be best for us. When it came to installation, he was prompt and got the installation of both systems done quickly. Would highly recommend McCubbin Mechanicsl to anyone.

I worked with Tyler from McCubbin for options updating my heating and cooling. We have an old HVAC and I wanted to get rid of it a switch to a more efficient mini-split system. Tyler took the time to understand what I wanted and how best to provide a solution. I ultimately went with another vendor because of the scope of work involved plumbing. But Tyler was great to work with, and otherwise would have done the job for me.
