Came right out and got our AC up an running!
Called late on a Friday for AC help. They came out very prepared to make sure we had AC over the weekend. Stayed till 7:30 to get us taken care of. Great work and very professional. Highly Recommend.
I am so glad I called Eric at Mccray and Sons. Our furnace had stopped working days after the worst cold spell in years. He arrived promptly, diagnosed, and fixed the problem quickly and very affordably. No pressure, no upsells, nobody working on commission like the big guys. Just an honest businessman looking out for his customers. Please call this HVAC company when you have a problem, you will be glad you did.
I offered to help Eric get his truck started before he came to my home as he reported having a problem with his battery. Eric came to my house to troubleshoot my HVAC system. After looking my furnace over and breaking 2 clips off of my board which I found out about later. He left abruptly. The reason he gave for leaving is that my front door was locked, after I had to call him to find out where he disappeared to. My homes doorbell wasn’t used as I was waiting for Eric’s return in my living room right next to my front door. My family and I had been without our central heat and air for 6 hours on the coldest day of the year before Eric arrived. I was very happy to see him and treated him with hospitality and gave him room to work. I even offered him a work light as our attic is quite dark at night time. I’m not sure where we had a disconnect in communication, I understand it was late about 6pm and it was cold. I get that it would be nice to go home and warm up other than try to help my family get our heat on. I’m sorry I cannot recommend your company. I do not mean to attack your character as I do not know you personally. A simple I cannot help you tonight would of been fine, as I would have kept looking for a company that had the time to help me that night. Turns out it was a frozen condenser drain line. That should help you if you encounter another furnace like mine on a very cold day. Thanks for trying.
Hung up on me when I said my heat was running. Didn't let me finish that it's running constantly but only 52 degrees in my house.

I used McCray and Sons in June to install two new a/c and furnace units. Eric was fantastic, so happy that I used him! He is professional, honest, and competitive against the big guys! He came out to give me a quote, answer my questions, and even looked at my attic insulation, before giving any recommendations. He was able to do my installs within the week(In early June). He expected to finish it one day, but it actually took two days(My set-ups had some issues that required extra work/time) I did have a small issue that I noticed the next day(Saturday), but texted Eric and he agreed to be there on Monday morning. He quickly fixed it and I've been sitting nice and cool ever since! I highly recommend Eric! He is very nice, knowledgeable, and happy to answer questions! He is a small business, so it helps to be a bit flexible with appointments, etc. In return, he is honest and does great work!! Wish I would have done this several years ago; my house is more comfortable and my energy bills have gone down...so happy!!! BTW, my new units are Lennox. 😉
Very responsive, keeped us updated on where he was, prior to coming out. Made sure he had part for the unit before arrival. Had our unit fixed fast. Thanks You! No more hot nights..
Thanks for coming out on a Saturday when no one else would. We live south of Bristow, which is a ways to drive. Very personable. Fixed my 2 year old AC and figured out why it broke in the first place.

Eric gave us a terrific quote for a system that has saved us money since he installed it. No cheap equipment here, just great value for the dollar. He took the time to explain how the system worked and why it was best for us.
I got 3 or 4 quotes for new residential HVAC, up and down, and decided on McCray and Sons. I am very pleased with everything. You can just tell the Eric is honest, knowledgeable and will take care of you. I got a Lennox system installed at a vary fair price. Looking forward to using Eric for all hour HVAC needs.
A moment ago We are in the process of selling our home and needed someone to repair our furnace quickly! McCray and sons responded quickly and fixed our leaky furnance for a reasonable price! Friendly and timely! Most of all affordable!
Eric could have sold me a new heater, however the reason my heater wasn't working was a loose electrical connection. Eric is professional and honest and a man with integrity. I highly reccomend McCray and Sons to everyone.
