Always great service and install. This will be my 3rd time using the company. Still offering low pressure quality service!

McCall recently replaced the furnace in my home. The whole crew was incredibly professional and friendly. When an issue arose with one of the parts (defective part - not their fault) they were quick to get things fixed and responsive throughout the process. We would recommend them to anyone!

Had a furnace installed and had multiple water leaks. Called and showed them when they arrived, pictures of the leak coming from a plastic vent pipe inside the attic. They went up on the roof for 3 minutes and came back down and said it was fixed and left. They didn't bother to even look in the attic where it was reported leaking. Had to call them again. Since the attic leak was still present and we found another section of the plastic pipe in the garage that was not even glued. They came back and glued it. The attic was still leaking that same evening. After inspection, found the original reported leak was dripping from a plastic elbow fitting that was also not glued. The garage ceiling now has a large water stain and the attic access panel drywall is falling apart. I was right to not call them to return the 3rd time. Never again..

Great initial meeting with Jake and the bid seemed reasonable so we said proceed. The actual work will occur in late September.
