Bo was arrived early and was very efficient. He explained everything he did and was very personable. I like how he explained plumbing jargon in non specialist terms so that I could understand different facets of the issues with plumbing.

The technician Jonathan was on time promptly. When upping, attic and diagnosed a bad blower that caused a complete unit not to operate the compression wonderful.
McAtee is my Homeserve Insurance go to. My need for repair was scheduled promptly and the representative arrived at 12:45 for a 12:00-4:00 window. Gregory was respectful, informative, neat and professional. He located the leak and repaired it in no time. I'd ask to have him be our repairperson anytime.

Found that the seal around my toilet needed replacement. McAtee was assigned through my HomeServ contract. Showed up on time, replaced the seal and cleaned up the area around the toilet. Great job--would call again
