It's sort of a broken record at this point. My AC shouldn't blow warm air every time I turn it on for the first time of the season. Three times MBS has come out and "fixed" it. Three times I paid for various improvements. I'll be looking for a second opinion this time.

Cannot say enough great things about Matt and his team. He is friendly, honest and incredibly knowledgeable. I was initially referred to Matt by my former HVAC company when we moved out of their area (from the Washington DC burbs to the Baltimore burbs). I have him to our house 1-2 times per year for maintenance and discussions as to whether it's time to replace our systems (two zones: furnace-A/C and heat pump). He could have told me on his very first visit that we needed to drop lots of money for new systems (they are original, more than 20 years old). Instead we discussed options and he told me that he could probably keep them running for a few years with minimal maintenance, and then at some point we'll have to replace them. So far so good. If you have issues, contact him. You will not go wrong.
